Labour only for attending break down of 300 mm bore CI / MS / DI pipe line bursting/cracks and including cleaning/removal of broken pipe pieces of various lengths through gas cutting / manual cutting as per site requirement and including inserting necessary specials such as pipes MS/CI collar/Mechanical joints etc., as per site requirement, testing for leakages of lead joints, testing and necessary dewatering by using necessary pumps, mechanical excavator complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge for the following sizes:- Note 1:- The quoted rate is deemed to be include the following:- (i) Arrangement of suitable pump sets for dewatering at the time of breakdown. (ii) Necessary labour/trade men for attending break down . Material and labour for repair, servicing, overahauling of Automatic star delta starter for 150 HP pump sets Repair comprises of servicing/repairing of thermal overload relay/micro processor relay/CT operated relay ,main contactor, delta contactor, star contactor,timer,1 phase preventer,control wiring MVB,main wiring,10 way terminal plate making the unit completely functional complete all as specified and directed

Supplying, fixing, commissioning and testing of Automatic star delta starter of size suitable for 150 HP pump sets complete all as specified and directed

Supplying, fixing, commissioning and testing of Automatic star delta starter of size suitable upto 15 HP pump sets complete all as specified and directed

Supplying, fixing, commissioning and testing of DOL/Star Delta Starter of size suitable upto 7.5 hp pumpsets complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing, maintenance, repair, overhauling of pump 150 HP after dismantling , opening of complete pump, checking of all parts for any defects such as bearings, shaft ,impeller,sleeve, lantern ring, gland with bolts at both end, main shaft complete, re-assemble pump with gusket, nuts, bolts and washers, greasing all bearings, reinstall at pump base, connection with new motor coupling, making proper alignment with required nuts,bolts,washers complete all as specified and directed . Pump Make- Kirloskar(same as existing) Note :- The above quoted rate is inclusive of repair/replacement of spare parts if required and make the unit completely functional upto the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rewinding of Motor 150 HP after dismantling taking out from pump set base, transportation to civil workshop outside ND(V), opening of complete motor, dismatling stator/rotor, rewinding the complete stator of motor with existing size of super enameled copper wire as per existing turn, heating, varnishing new terminal box (if required), replacement of both end bearing, Connecton plate, Connection terminals with new copper lugs for all 06 terminal, re-assemble, transport back to ND (V), reinstall at pump base, connection with pump coupling, making proper alignment , testing for satisfactory run complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for installation of 150 HP pump and motor to original foundation position, coupling fixing, alignment of pump and motor, electric cable connection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing of suction and delivery MS pipe of size 150/200 mm dia to 150 HP pump set with required modification for increased/decresed length, cutting at position, making necessary welding work complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for attending electrical breakdowns checking the serviceability, testing,replacement of minor spare parts in starters,panels,pumps, making the unit completely functional complete all as specified and directed. Note 1:- The quoted rate is deemed to be include (i) necessary T&P to attend the breakdown. (ii) Necessary labour/trade men for attending emmergency break down . (iii) Labour element and spares required for making the unit completely functional such as control wiring,terminal bolts copper cables,lugs etc. (iv) PCC work wherever required

Excavation in trenches not exceeding1.5 M in wide and depth for carrying out repairs to jointing pipe and getting out in soft loose soil including dewatering of sub soil water complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :- (i) The above quoted rate is inclusive of flanges, gusket, MS bolt etc (ii) Any other MS specials required apart from above will be measured under relevant ite No. 67.

Material and labour for supply / fixing / testing of MS pipe line 150mm dia Medium grade 4.85 mm thick and taking out old unserviceable pipe line complete all as specified and as directed.
