SITC of Transformer SITC of Transformer Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1250 kVA, 11kV/33KV 3 Ph, 50 Hz, ONAN cooled, vector Dd0/DY11 Transformer connected Delta on HV side and Delta/Star on LV side as per site requirement with Off Load Tapp Changer in steps of +/- 2.5%, +5% & -10%, with radiator cooling fins, Conservator tank, bucholtz relay, winding temperature & oil temperature alarm and trip, mercury switch contacts, first fill of oil, HV cable box suitable for termination of HT XLPE cable and complete with all standard fittings and accessories etc as required complete and as per specifications attached in all respects as required and necessary control cabling for alarm, tripping & indication with 2.5 mm2 armoured copper cable as required. Voltage Ratio: 11/33 kV Type of Winding: Copper Fittings: Standard fittings as per IS:2026/77.

HT CABLES AND CABLING Supply of stranded compact circular aluminium conductor, conductors screen with extruded semi conducting compound, XLPE insulated, insulation screening with extruded semi conducting compound in combination with copper tape, cores laid up, innersheath of PVC, galvanised steel flat strip armoured, and overall PVC sheathed cable of size 3 Core X 240 Sqmm confirming to IS 7098 (part-II)2011 as required with up to date amendments.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed I XLPE power cable of 11 kV grade of size above 120 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning,protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed I XLPE power cable of 33 kV grade of size above 120 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm in the existing masonry open duct as required.

Earthing Earthing with Copper earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing 300x300x450(H) mm RCC earth pit chamber suitable to receive 6mm thick MS chequered plate with handle,strengthening & compaction of soil below the earth pit chamber including providing suitable ratio PCC, providing & laying positional cement concrete (1:2:4) of depth 100mm surrounding the earth pit chamber covering surface area of 1 Sqmtr,including providing and fixing of reducer water funnel with wire mesh arrangement for watering etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 Sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing· and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm· Copper strip in 40 mm dia G.l. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.l. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper. strip on surface or in recess in Existing G.I pipe/Hume Pipe/ Open Trench for connections etc. as required
