a) Disconnecting 1.6MVA Transformer from HT side, then opening the heavy lid of the transformer by way of using Manual labour, tripod, chain pulley& lowering down to ground carefully without any damage. b) The job then involves dismantling of bush rod/bush cups from HT/LT side, tape changer of the transformer & cleaning all the carbon smoke accumulated on it with the help of liquid cleaner & soft cotton cloth, then fitted it one by one carefully in at their own place without any damage .. c) Replacement of damaged silica gel breather with new one to absorb moisture/dust from air entering inside to avoid any damage to the transformer. d) Re-tapping of input & output connections of HT/LT side of the transformer with the help of skilled labour. e) Providing & filling of fresh T-oil up to required level for topping of 33kv/440V double ratio HT transformer of Reputed make (1.5- Barrels). f) Then refitting the lid of the transformer carefully with the help of manual labour by way of tightening the nuts & bolts and tested on full load.
