Sofa set one/three seater (FD-85,258 & 281) Taking out unserviceable foam cushion seat & back from sofa set and supply & fix new foam cushion seat & back of size 530x560x100mm thick, 32 density duly covered with tapestry cloth of colour, quality and shade as approved by GE/Engr-in-Charge (rate not less than Rs. 300/- per mtr) matching with existing shape and size all as shown in drg complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note: Cushion and cloth will be supplied/dumped in advance before commencement of work alongwith purchase voucher.

Bed with Plywood top (FD-246,247) Taking out unserviceable long rail from Bed with plywood top (FD-246,247) and S&F new long rail made out of 1st class hard wood (seasoned hard wood) of size1980x90x35mm, matching with the existing shape & size, all as shown in drg complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out unserviceable head board from bed with plywood top (FD-246,247) and S&F new head board made of first class hard seasoned wood and plywood commercial 3.5mm thick one side teak face exterior grade BWR as per IS code 303 duly covered with 4 mm thick teak wood beading all around, matching with the existing shape & size, all as shown in drg complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Description same all as per item No 3 above but foot board of bed of shape and size as shown in drg complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out unserviceable plywood & stiffener from bed with ply top (FD-246, 247) and S&F new stiffner made of first class hard seasoned wood alongwith new plywood commercial 12mm thick exterior grade BWR, ISI marked as per IS code 303, matching with the existing shape & size, all as shown in drg complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note:plywood will be dumped in advance before commencement of work along with purchase voucher. Note : Payment will be processed after fulfilling following condition:- (i) Verification of purchase voucher of plywood. (ii) Certification of plywood supplied on ground that plywood supplied is complying CA all as per specifications by manufacturers. (iii) Submission of test certificate of plywood from manufacturers. (iv) Make of ply shall be Dura Ply, Archid Ply, Bhutan Board, Archid Board, Century, Durian, Mysore Chip Board Ltd.

Taking out unserviceable long rail from charpoy GI pipe (FD-220) and S&F new long rail 32mm bore medium grade matching with the existing shape & size including threading complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note:Items will be dumped in advance before commencement of work along with purchase voucher.

Taking out unserviceable short rail from Charpoy GI pipe (FD-220) and fixing short rail duly threaded both the end of pipe retireved out of unserviceable long rail from srl item No. 6.00 above matching with the existing shape & size complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out unserviceable leg from charpoy GI pipe (FD-220) and fixing leg duly threaded one end of pipe retrieved out of unserviceable short rail from srl item No 7.00 above. MS plate 3 mm thick in round shall should be welded at the bottom of the legs matching with the existing shape & size complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out unserviceable GI 3 way elbow from charpoy GI pipe (FD-220) and S&F new elbow 32mm bore ISI marked matching with the existing shape & size. Weight of elbow shall not be less than 400 gms as approved complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Taking out unserviceable GI check nut 10mm thick, 32mm bore from Charpoy GI pipe (FD-220) and S&F new check nut ISI Marked. matching with the existing shape & size complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out unserviceable newar from Charpoy GI pipe (FD-220) , S&F new plywood 12mm thick of size 1990x910mm exterior grade BWR ISI Marked , IS code 303. Before fixing of plywood, all steel surfaces should be cleaned, loose part of charpoy to be framed and frame to be tightened including MS plate 3 mm thick in round shape shall be welded at the bottom of all legs. Making 03 Nos hole of equal size on both long rail and 02 Nos holes of equal size on both short rail by drill machine, S&F of 03 (Three) Nos MS flat stiffners of size 40 x 5 mm thick and 900 mm long duly hole both the end of stiffner by drill machine, hole should be matched with hole of long rail at equal distance on both the long rails and painting of all MS stiffner with two coat of synthetic enamelled black paint over a coat of red oxide. After that plywood in all four corners of the ply duly rounded in shape and smoothened by using sand paper etc. Plywood should be fixed with cap type nut & bolts as per sample held with BSO (North) Furniture Yard complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note:plywood will be dumped in advance before commencement of work along with purchase voucher. Table 3'x2' with or with out drawer steel (FD-223,310,283,1007, 1008) Taking out unserviceable table top from table 3'x2' and S&F new table top made of pre-laminated particle board 18 mm thick exterior grade both side teak face, ISI marked as per IS Code No-12823 duly covered with 4mm thick teak wood beading all around the top,matching with the existing shape and size, all as shown in drg complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of old polished surfaces with sand paper, making smooth surface by , filling the cracks/cavities and again making the surface smooth with sand paper and applying frech polishing with one or more coats to the sofa five seater (one three seater and two single seater), drg No. FD-85, 258 & 281 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Description same all as per item No 13 above but bed with plywood top (FD-246,247) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Preparation of old painting surface of table 3'x2' with or without drawer steel (FD-223,310,283,1007,1008) by scratching old paint with sand paper, making smooth surface by filing the cracks/cavities, again making the surface smooth with sand paper and applying two coats of silver hammer tone synthetic enamel paint with spary painting on all external and internal surfaces of table 3'x2' with or without drawer steel complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
