Filling Sand in foundation trenches as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305.3.9 MORD & 304 MORTH . The rate including cost and conveyance of all material, labour charges for filling, watering, ramming, etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding seigniroage charges.

Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) using 40 mm metal with concrete mixer. All work upto plinth level including cost of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding seigniorage charges

Supply and placing of the M 20 Design Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using WEIGH BATCHER / MIXER with 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including Seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402)with minimum cement content as per IS code from standard suppliers approved by the department including pumping, laying concrete, vibrating, curing etc. complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges, centering, shuttering for finished item of work as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding seigniorage charges. Footing

Masonry work in CM (1:8) prop with Flyash Cement solid blocks of size 290 x225 x 140 mm for manufacturing of flyash solid blocks using flyash of 80 kgs, cement of 15 kgs. Gypsum of 5 kgs. and stone dust including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, seiniorage charges, scaffolding and curing etc., cpomplete with a compresive streangth not lessthan 50 kg/sqm for walls for Superstructure Walls. The rate including cost and conveyance of all material, labour charges, etc., complete as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work, but excluding seigniorage charges.

Plastering with CM (1:4) 12mm thick. The rate including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding seigniorage charges. For Internal plastering

Painting to new walls with 2 coats of water proof cement paint of apporved brand and shade over a base coat of approved cement primer grade I making making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thourughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 912 and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work for EXternal walls

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawings and technical specifications for Bars below 36 mm dia including over laps and wastage, where they are not welded. The rate including cost and conveyance of steel, binding wire, labour charges for fabrication of grills, placing in position, etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental Officer in charge of the work.

Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements using CC M40 having thickness 80 mm as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1504 MORD . The rate including cost and conveyance of all material, labour cahrges, etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding seigniorage charges.
