RCC Demolition-Demolishing R.C.C. work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material with in 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge.

Dismantling and stacking soling- Demolishing stone rubble Soling manually / by mechanical means and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer -in- Charges:

Excavation-Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed.All kinds of soil

Soling- Soling with rough stone of size 200 mm, well packed and filling voids with stone chips and required profile with hammer dressed stones having no side less than 15 cm, with minimum depth of 20 cm including preparing the bedding surface etc. all complete.

PCC 1:4:8-Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:<br>1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 nominal size).Cement supplied by company.

RCC 1:1.5:3- Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level:<br>1:1:5:3 (1 cement 1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size excluding cost of cement and TMT steel bars.

Shuttering- Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for:Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc for mass concrete

Shuttering- Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for:Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders bressumers and cantilevers

Steel Reinforcement- Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level<br>Thermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. TMT bars supplied by KMML

Plastering 1:4- Plastering with 12 mm cement plaster of mix:<br>1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)(The required cement shall be supplied by KMML at our store)

Sand filling- Filling with contractor's M sand ( excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m as per direction of site Engineer-in-charge

Brick work- Solid block masonry using pre cast solid blocks (Factory made) of size 30x20x15 cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 part I of 1979 for foundation and plinth with thickness 15cm in: CM 1:6 ( 1 cement :6 coarse sand) etc complete excluding the cost of cement.

Backfilling- Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

PCC 1:2:4- Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:<br>1:2:4 (cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).Cement supplied by KMML

Dewatering- Pumping or Bailing out water and removing slush etc by using pump set including cost of labour, oil hire charges of pumpset, etc complete

Bituminous Paint Painting with black anti- corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:Two or more coats on new work

Pocket holes- Providing pockets for bolt fixing to suit the base plate of already made as per the direction of the company representatives.

Unskilled labour- Labour charges for unskilled worker for chipping, cleaning, earth work excavation, dismantling brick/carpentary work,uprooting overgrowth from the building and unforeseen work if any.<br>
