Boring for cast-in-situ bored piles of 500mm dia to any depth through any type of soil/strata by DMC method using bentonite slurry including removal of bored materials to place outside MD land all as specified and as directed . Note:-The rate shall include mobilisation,erection,dismantling and demobilisation of equipment for pile boring including all labours and material. Nothing extra shall be payable for mobilisation of equipment seperately.

RCC with ready mix concrete(RMC) M30 grade with min 400Kg cement per cum in cast in situ bored pile of any length/any sections complete all as specified and as shown on drg including non destructive integrity test on all pile as per IS 2911 part IV.Note:-(i) Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under relevant items

CRS/HCRS/CRM TMT bars in reinforcement 10mm dia and over including cut to length, bend to required shape, cranking/hooking ends if necessary and binding with 0.9mm dia MS wire annealed or welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position/required shape complete all as specified and shown on drgs as in grade beams, tie beam,slab and pile caps.

CRS/HCRS/CRM TMT bars 5mm to 10mm dia , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and shown on drgs as in stirrups of grade beams.

PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for concrete layer below pile caps/grade beams and foundation complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

Providing testing equipment & load and testing of 500mm dia bored pile (Initial Load test) all as per IS including removing the testing equipments from site after testing is completed all as specified and directed..

Returning filling in ramming in layers around pile caps around plinth beam, tie beam etc using excavated soil including spreading levelling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION: Supply and fixing ceiling fan 1200mm sweep copper wound having minimum 5 star rating , including fixing of down rod and connecting up complete with and including three core flexible PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 0.5 Sq mm from ceiling rose/ connector to fan all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Exhaust fan 250 mm sweep 230 Volts AC 50 Hz PVC body with copper wound all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix LED Tube light 1X22 Watt universal battern type with and including connecting 3 core 0.5sqmm PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor color of sheve matching to fitting and connecting from ceiling rose to fitting complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fix Sleek LED light 1X10 Watt 2 feet with and including connecting 3 core 0.5sqmm PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor color of sheve matching to fitting and connecting frpm ceiling rose to fitting complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fix LED bulk head fitting with IP 66 protection and IK09 impact resistance suitable for surface and wall mounting type complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Philips Model No. WT202WLED6S NW PSU S2 PC or equivalent make of Crompton/Wipro

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY:- Supply and fix LED search light fitting 316 watt, 6500K with beam angle 4.5 degree suitable for distance lighting of 100-200metre range including fixing arrangement by providing powder coated metallic frame with nut, bolts & washers etc and making cable connections complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fix LED street light 70 watt made up of pressure die-cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lence embedded PC cover having top opening separate driver compartment with IP-66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 with 10KV built -in surge protection device including GI bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 40mm dia of 1.2meter length with suitable clamp made out of MS flat(2Nos)including nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Crompton cat Part No LST-70-CDL or equivalent in Philips/Wipro

Supply and fix Cable Junction boxes of size 200x160x98mm with metric knock outs for cable entry with IP 65 protection and with terminals and suitable polycarbonate gland all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Hensel

Supply and fix Cable flexible 3 core 1.5Sqmm copper conductor for connecting from junction box to street light fitting all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix MCCB 32Amps SP 240Volts, 10KA shall be enclosed in and including sheet metal enclosure made out of 3mm thick CRCA sheet, outdoor type duly powder coated with locking arrangement and shall be mounted on angle iron frame of 40x40x6mm duly red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint and embedded in PCC platform as per site requirement and making cable connection with aluminium lugs complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Sheet metal enclosure made out of 3mm thick CRCA sheet, outdoor type duly powder coated with locking arrangement and shall be mounted on angle iron frame of 40x40x6mm duly red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint and shall be embedded in PCC platform as per site requirement and making cable connection with aluminium lugs complete all as specified and as directed and comprising of the following:- (a) MCB SPN 6-32Amps 240Volt, 10KA- 01No (b) MCB SP 6-32Amp,240volt 10KA-2Nos (c ) Time switch 250 volts, single phase, 20Amp with contactor.

Supply and fix Inner and outer modular cover plate all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Tele Socket 1 module all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY:- Supply and fix Stop cock angular 15mm bore with wall flange complete of make Jaguar Cat part No CQT-23059 or equivalent in Zoloto/Leader all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Bip tap with wall flange complete of make Jaguar Cat part No CQT-23047 or equivalent in Zoloto/Leader all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Health faucet/ hand shower with 8 mm dia, wall hook and easy flexible tube in crome finish1.5m long with nuts complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make Jaguar cat part No ALD573 and SHA571 or equivalent in Zoloto/Leader

Supply and fix over head shower rose 100mm dia round shape single flow ABS body chrome plated wirh grey face plate and Rubi/ cleaning system and shower arm casted120mmlongheavy body round shape for wall mounted shower with wall flange complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fix voltage stabilizer automatic operation single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 170volt to 250volt with output voltage stabilized at 230volt with accuracy of + 2.5% and of capacity of 1KVA complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

AVIATION OBSTRUCTION LIGHT :-Supply and fix Aviation obstruction light LED type comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Make:- Bajaj Cat No BGAV 302LED or equivalent in Philips/Crompton Greaves/Havells

Supply and fix MCB SPN 6-32Amps 10KA 'C' Curve all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

External Water Supply:-Cutting the existing water pipe line of 200mm bore for taking up branch connection including CI fittings of any type and jointing of pipes with jointing material as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting the existing water pipe line of 50mm dia for taking up branch connection including CPVC fittings of any type and jointing of pipes with jointing material as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL:Material and labour for RCC Hume pipe septic tank designed to carry sewage and sllage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, bent shaft, connection etc complete for 10user capacity all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for DWCPE pipe 150mm dia laid and jointed with collars complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Construction of brick masonry valve chamber of Internal dimensions 600x600x600mm, bottom floor of the pit shall be constructed in PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate , inner and exposed surfaces and bottom floor of the pit should be plastered in cement mortar 1:4, 15mm thick. The top cover of the pit shall be made out of MS sheet min 3mm thick with angle iron frame made out of MS angle 40mm x 40mm x 6mm with 2Nos steel hinges and locking arrangements duly painted with two coats of synethetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.
