12mm Cement Plaster with cement mortar I proportio of 1.6 cement & coarse sand of single coat for plastering including internal chamfers and rounded anglesnot exceeding 80mm .In grith and finished even and smooth(DSR-13.4.2)

Repairs to plaster of thikness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5sq .meters and under ,including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out of joints and preparing the surface of the wall complete ,including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge with cement mortar 1:4(1cement : 4 coarse sand ) DSR 14.1.2

Scraping old white or colour wash including disposal of refuse as directed by Engineer in charge with in a distance of 60 meters (200 feet).

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth completeDAR-13.80

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. DSR 13.83

Finishing walls with one coat of water proof cement paint of approved quality on previously old treated surface with this paint to give an even shade including supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for the proper completion of the work.

Providing and fixing angle iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Angle sections of size 35x35x5 mm, joints mitred and welded by angle iron 35x35x5 mm or 35x 5 mm flat pieces to the existing T-iron frame or to the wall with dash fastener, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-charge.SOR 10.31
