Construction of (12x20) feet CGI machinery room & operators room at Vighbal-I LIS by way of dismantling of old snow damaged structure from the existing site by means gas cutting. The includes preparing and cleaning the surface, installation of vertical posts fabricated out of 100mm dia NB medium MS pipe. The vertical posts are to be provided with the grouting arrangement at bottom and MS 8mm thick plate as per the desired size at the top to support the truss structure. The posts are to be grouted to the depth of 2feet each in the concrete mix of 1:2:4. The horizontal members of departmental angle iron are to be fitted in between vertical posts by means of cutting and welding using superior quality electrodes as per drawing. The job includes installation of trusses fabricated out of ISA 50x50x6 angle iron as per the drawing by means of cutting and welding. The purlins of angle iron ISA 40x40x5 are to be provided and fitted on the installed truss structure by means of welding as per drawing. The roofing to the structure is to be provided and fitted by means of p/f of CGI 0.4mm sheets by way of J hooks, nuts and washers with necessary MS ridges. The sides of the trusses are to be covered by departmental CGI sheets. The exterior walls are to be covered by departmental CGI sheets from two sides and other two sides are to be covered by o.4mm CGI sheets to be provided by the firm by means of hooks, nuts and washers. The whole structure is to be provided and fitted with main door of suitable size and windows 4 No. of suitable size with proper locking arrangement. The structure is to be partitioned into two equal halves by means of departmental angle frame to be p/f with 12mm thick ply sheets. The interior of the machinery room is to be insulated to the height of 4feet from the ground by means of p/f of 12mm thick ply sheets on the angle frame fabricated out of departmental material. The specifications and details of the material to be provided and fitted are: i. 100mm NB MS pipes, 12ft long ----- 12No. ii. ISA 50x50x5 angle iron ----- 85m iii. ISA 40x40x5 angle iron ----- 60m iv. CGI sheets, 0.4mm thick ----- 300kg v. J hooks, nuts and washers ----- as per requirement vi. 12mm thick, (8x4)ft ply sheets ------ 6 No. vii. Cleat, 8mm thick gusset plates ----- as per requirement. All tools and tackles including gas cutting tool, gen set etc are to be arranged by the firm for completion of job.
