Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. in earth work in all lead and sits in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in sotthard rock chiseling/wedging out of rock) where blasting is prohibited saturated soil including bailing/pumping out of water stacking the excavated soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement mortar 1:3:6 (1cement: 3 sand 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3. 15mm thick welded with angle iron in trame 30x20x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering, strutting and propping etc with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor two ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete working:-

Wall any thickness but not less than 0.1mtr thickness attached pilasters, buttresses, pinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level up to floor two level and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Wall any thickness but not less than 0.1mtr thickness attached pilasters, buttresses, pinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level up to floor two level and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing laying of tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding cutting and placing in position complete in all depths and heights and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up section trusses and frames work including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying apriming coat of red lead paint in grating, framed guard bars, ladders, railing, bars bracket and similar work and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge

15 mm thick cement plaster in single coat of fair rough of brick/concrete/ stone walls for intenor plastering upto floor two level including arises internal rounded angles chamfers and/or round angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished and smooth in CM 1:3 (1cement: 3sand) and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge with in all leads and lifts.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc. including sand paper smooth complete.
