Air Cooled chiller with VFD :- Supply, Installation, Testing, & Commissioning of AHRI certified micro-processor controlled Variable speed Air Cooled Screw Chillar having actual capacity of minimum 260 TR (Actual Capacity at design condition), comprising of semi-hermetic Screw Compressors and direct driven motor, each chiller shall have minimum 2 compressors and individual refrigerant circuits, chiller shall be equipped with insulated shell and tube type flooded/ DX type cooler/evaporator, air-cooled condenser made of copper tube and aluminium fins as per OEM Standard, high efficiency condenser fans, including spring isolators mounting for chiller unit. The chiller package shall also be complete with refrigerant copper piping, factory charged R-134a refrigerant gas and Automatic feedback control system wiring, incoming suitable electrical isolator complete with accessories as required, automatic & safety controls including electronic expansion valve etc. Easch compressor must be equipped with dedicated VFD. [MCHE (Micro Chanel Heat Exchanger) will not be acceptable]

SITC of 25 mm NB Ball Valve For descalling and drain (Make - Honeywell/ AUDCO/ Advance) (Installed at inlet/outlet pipe of chiller for drain water & descalling). --- 2 Nos.

SITC of 15 mm NB Ball Valve For air purge valve /auto air vent(Make - Honeywell/ AUDCO/ Advance) (Installed at inlet/outlet pipe of chiller to remove air from system) - 1 No.

Design, Supply, Iinstallation & Testing, Commissioning of HVAC Electrical Control Panel with Microprocessor Controller - 1 No. There should be provision for Integrated Electrical distribution system for power circuit & control circuit for Compressors & water pumps, Starters, Cu. Tubing & placement of instrument like Pressure Gauge of Refregerant System, Supply of Heater for Compressor, Compressor oil, Oil Pressure Indicator, Trip arrangement for High Pressure & Low Pressure Cut Off, Anti-freezing Cut Off, Reversal of Phases & Phase failure Cut Off, Flow Switch Cut Off, Automatic Chilled Water Bypass System in case of partial load condition. Customer will provide Single Point Electrical Power Source to HVAC Panel. Bidder should design & supply the HVAC Panel including supply and laying of power & control cables as required accordingly.

Chilled water In-duct type Indoor FCU units with compact 3 Row Cu. cooling coil, multi-speed fan motor, the blower shall be dynamicaly balanced and designed for silent operation, the filters shall be washable synthetic media type arranged for convenient cleaning and replacement and inbuilt drain pump. The Unit should be equipped with Ball Valves / Stainer & Actuator as required. The unit is to be supplied with chorded remote controller. Major & minor civil works inclusive of cutting, grouting, mending good damages for fixing of iron supports and placement of chilled water pipes etc, required to execute before and after the HVAC works for mending good damages to original finish painting. (Foundation of installation of chillar, pumps, electrical panel is not within the scope of this work)

Supply & fixing of drop ceiling made of gypsum / E-board (3 mm thick) incl. Al. channel & complete with linkages, levers, fittings, supports, all accessories any other item required to make the system complete to cover the indoor units of concealed split unit incl. painting the board as per direction of EIC.

Supply, fabrication & fixing of trap door with 3 mm thick ACP board (MAKE- Aludecor/ Urobond or others reputed make) complete with inkages, levers, fitings.support all accessories for IDU maintenance ad per direction of EIC.
