Supply and installation, testing and commissioning AC, 3 phase, 50 HZ, 400 KVA capacity transformer copper wounded step-down outdoor type 11000/433 Volts (at no load) double wound oil immersed naturally cooled with external cooling tubes, core type delta connected on primary side(HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector symbol DY-11(Vector Group with neutral brought on secondary side (LV side) and having tapping at +/- 2.5%, +/-5.0% and +/- 7.5% to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changing gear. The maximum centigrade in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run in ambient temp of 40 degree centigrade and the transformer shall be confirming to IS-1180 2014 level-2 BIS mark and comprising with the following standard fitting/accessories. (a) Three nos porcelain bushing with arching horn on HV side suitable for 11KV complete with bushing copper rods, nuts and washer. (b) One cable box on LT side (Secondary side) consisting of four No porcelain with copper bushing rods complete with nuts and washers with one No cable glands suitable for reception of taking out 01 No 3.5 core, LT 1100 Volts grade, PVC sheathed and PVC insulated heavy duty armoured cable including gland joint and jointing materials complete. (c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) Dehydrating breather with first fill dehydrating agent (Silica Gel). (e) Explosive vent. (f) Thermometer pocket on tank cover. (g) One No 100mm dia type thermometer vapour pressure type having range (0-120) degree clesius with metal guard having maximum temperature indication with resisting device for transformer. (h) Two earthing terminal on tank cover to facilitate of 32x6mm GI earth strip. (j) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (k) Oil level gauge. (l) Oil drain filter valve. (m) Lifting lugs. (n) Oil filling hole with cap/plug with connection plate complete. (o) Air release valve/Plug. (p) Four No plain soild cast steel detachable rollers. (q) Extra bushing for neutral outside the cable box providing independent earthing for neutral. (r) First fill of fresh transformer oil confirming to relevant IS tested not less than 60 KV dielectric strength at 2.5mm gap.

The size of platform should be 3.25mtr x 2.75mtr, frame made out of structural steel MS channel 125mm x 65mm, 75mm x 40mm and angle iron 40mm x40mm x 5mm size and MS sheet for platform 6mm thick mounted on 4 wheel of size 75cmx16 ply tyres of Make: CEAT/MRF with rims mounted on 2 No wheel axles of square bar of 65mm x 65mm with cushioning arrangement by leaf springs and shockers between platform and axle having mud guard on four wheels with reflector, with jack arrangements of four nos 5 tonne capacity vertical jacks fixed on trolly of suitable trawler to have 80mm clearance for tyres from ground level for idle period for lifting of trolly to avoid wheel/tyres damage complete with following arrangements with suitable turning radius not less than 45 degree. MS jalli (XPM) of MS wire 2mm dia around platform on angle iron frame of size 40x40x5mm, opening arrangement from both side with locking arrangement for loading and unloading transformer including mechanical hand break, welding, bending and drilling holes, spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer over all surface earth lead 35 Sqmm copper cable fixed with copper thimble 15 Rm each 6 nos, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- GE shall ensure the size of trolly, siutable to the make/brand of transformer which may approved subsequently as per CA provision. The rate for such change shall be inclusive of quoted rates and no deviation shall be allowed).

S&F Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminum conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing for laying pipe of 50mm dia for crossing cable including getting out, disposal of rubbish off to a distance upto 50 Mtrs including 50 mm GI pipe medium grade, compete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exc 10 Sqm on plan,for laying of cable and getting out, compete all as specified.

M&L Dry and clean fine sand for cable cushioning to underground cable protection, complete all as specified. (Excavation and earth work measured separately). Note- Punned down thickness shall be measured.

S&F Cover to underground cable with one layer of bricks using sub class ‘B’ bricks (old size) laid flat across the cable complete all as specified. (Excavation and earth work measured separately).

Returning, filling in, earth including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25cm thick each layer, complete all as specified.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified.

Dismantling steel poles/ struts including foundation concrete any size, complete all as specified.

Dismantling of ACSR conductors, complete all as specified.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (with using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' old size brick straight or curved on plan exc-6 m mean radius built in CM (1:6), complete all as specified.

M&L for Rendering/plastering, 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, using WPC, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. (WPC measured separately).

M&L Hardcore of broken bricks of gauge not exc 63mm, deposited spread and leveled in layers not exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 with using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in Buffle wall and placing where directed including necessary form work completed all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for out door termination, Cold shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 3 core 95 sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Earthing complete for Transformer/LT panel all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule part-I , as in repairs and as specified including the following :-(I) Galvanized steel earth plate of size 60cmsx60cmsx6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.50 meter below normal ground level.(ii) Earth plate surrounded by and packed with char-coal and common salt in alternative layers (n.exc 15cms each layer).(iii) 32x6mm GI strip from earth plate to main switch board including necessary GI bolts, nuts check nuts, washers, thimbles etc.(iv) 50mm bore, light grade, GI pipe for protection to earth-strip.(v) 20mm bore, light grade, GI pipe for watering including GI funnel and wire mesh. Pipe shall be provided vertically up to top level of earth pit and then taken horizontally to the earth pit. (vi) 50mm thick pre-cast cover of cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and MS angle iron 25x25x3mm frame including two coats of painting over a coat of red oxide to exposed steel surfaces.(vii) Excavation in soft/loose soil, returning filling & removal of surplus soil to a distance up to 50 meter as directed.

M&L Earthing as in repairs complete, all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule part-I , as in repairs and as specified including the following:- (i) Galvanised steel earth plate of size 60cmsx60cmsx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.50 metre below normal ground level.(ii) Earth plate surrounded by and packed with char-coal and common salt in alternative layers (n.exc 15cms each layer).(iii) 4 mm dia (8 SWG) G.I earth wire from earth plate to main switch board including necessary GI bolts, nuts check nuts, washers, thimbles etc.(iv) 15 mm bore light grade, GI pipe for protection to earth-strip.(v) 20mm bore, medium grade GI pipe for watering including GI funnel and wire mesh. Pipe shall be provided vertically upto top level of earth pit and then taken horizontally to the earth pit. (vi) 50mm thick pre-cast cover of cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and MS angle iron 25x25x3mm frame including two coats of painting over a coat of red oxide to exposed steel surfaces.(vii) Excavation in soft/loose soil, returning filling & removal of surplus soil to a distance upto 50 metre as directed.

S&F Mild steel galvanised pipe, light grade, 80 mm nominal bore for passing of cable, fixed to poles/walls, laid under floor/road crossings, complete with and including clamps socket & elbow etc complete all as specified.
