22.24 : Providing and applying integral crystalline (dry shake) of hydrophilic in nature for waterproofing treatment to the RCC structures like basement raft, foundation slab, sewage & water treatment plant slab, warehouses floor, parking structures and water tank base slab etc. sprinkled @0.60kg per sqm or higher as recommended by the manufacturer's specification over the lean concrete of above cited structures. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI-212-3R-2010 i.e. by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 85%, compared control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline dryshake shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the Engineer-incharge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage.

8.2.2.2 : Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror, polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations, of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.Area of slab over 0.50 sqm

8.3.2 : Providing edge moulding to 18 mm thick marble stone counters, vanities etc., including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer -in-Charge.Granite work

13.98.1 : Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:One or more coats on old work

50.12.2.3 : Providing & fixing poly carbonate multi wall plain sheet 5 mm thick as approved by the Engineer in charge and should be supplied in a single length of 12 M or as decide by the Engineer in charge. The sheets shall be fixed using self drilling/ self tapping screw of size ( 5.5x55 mm) with EPDM seal complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical/ curved surfaces, but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses, and including cutting to size and shapes where ever required.

13.52.2 : Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.On concrete work
