Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Increase in GST shall not be paid in the extended period at contract for which the contractor alone is responsible for delay as determined by authority while granting is extension of time

All the work as Maintained in the Bill of Quantity (BOQ) are including lead and lift charges loading and unloading charges labor charges all incidental charges hire charges of all machinery and equipment required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specification and directions of Engineer in charge of the work

The tenderer shall accept all costs associated with the preparation and submission of his tender, and the employer will in no case be responsible and / or liable for those cost. The employer is not responsible for any delay in accessing E - Procurement Portal

Royalty on construction materials and other taxes will be deducted as per prevailing Govt orders

Materials like bitumen,steel,cement etc.,required for the work shall be procured by the tenderer themselves and should got tested by the quality control authority before use on the work

All the formats prescribed in the bid document shall be filled by the tenderer in complete manner otherwise it will be rejected

All scanned documents to be uploaded shall be in original and the Executive Engineer reserves the right to verify the original documents before approval

If any, additional information required, the same may be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer, PWD Spl. Division, Ramanagara during office hours on all working days. It may be noted that if any of the dates mentioned above happened to be a General Holiday , the next working day will be considered

The employer reserves the rights to Reject or accept any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons

The Tender processing fee shall not be refundable

Tenderer who qualifies in the technical bid only those tenderers financial bid will be opened

The Bidder Should upload the valid Registration certificate issued from the labour department to supply the manpower service

The Bidder should upload EPF & ESI certificates along with latest paid challan

The Bidder should upload valid GST registration certificate

Tenderers should upload DECLARATION IN RS.100/- STAMP PAPER

The Bidder should upload valid Professional tax registration certificate in Department of Commerce of the stateGovernment

If There are more than 01 number of eligible L1 bidder quoting the same bid percentage, then bidder selection will be doneby lottery process and the decision of tender accepting authority will be final

Successful bidders should execute the agreement within 15 days from the date of approval intimated. An additional 30days time may be allowed with a penalty of 0.5% of Contract value. If the contractor fails to enter into the agreementwithin the said period, action shall be initiated for banning to participate in the tender of PWD

If the services of attender/ sweeper are recruited by the government against vacant posts, the manpower supply service will be Suspended/Cancelled

If a new tender is Invited after the contract is concluded in accordance with the revised rates issued by the Department of Labour from time to time, the previous contract will Cancelled

The agency shall pay wages as per the revised rate list issued by the Department of Labour from time to time

The agency will pay the monthly salary of attender sweeper. The department will not be responsible for any losses incurred if the agency does not pay the monthly salary properly

Monthly salary of of attender/ sweeper should be paid by the 5th of every month

The agency shall submit the salary bill every month. The receipt of the previous month paid ESI and EPF bills shall be submitted along with the bill

Employees working through an agency are not permanent government employees

The department will not be responsible for any accidents or mishaps that may occur to attender/sweeper driver during office work and the agency will have to bear the compensation

The agency should not, under any circumstances, pay less than the wages fixed by the Department of Labor

The agency should not quote less than the wages fixed by the Department of Labor in e-procurement. If not, such tenders shall be rejected

Bills will be paid to agencies as per the grant released by the department

Agencies included in the blacklist will be disqualified from participating in the tender process, all the above documents must be uploaded in e-procurement

attender/sweeper will be recruited as per requirement, Executive Engineer will have the authority to increase/decrease of man power supply

In any case, if the office is relocated, the services of the employees as per the contract agreement shall be maintained at the same approved rates in the relocated office

The estimated rates are inclusive of EPF, ESI, labourcess, Service Charges, mobilization resources vz. labour, finance, livelihood and any other statutory deductions. The Bidder should pay the Monthly salary to the Outsource Employees on or before 5th of every month without fail
