Providing and fixing of 3 mm thick solid compact polycarbonate sheets (Best make of approved quality) in required shapes and shades over the courtyard of Administrative block and other places. The sheets should be supplied in a single length as required at the site or as determined by the Engineer-in-Charge. The fixing of sheets shall be done using 50mm wide aluminum beading/self-drilling/self-tapping screws with rubber beading seal and silicone sealant complete up to any pitch in horizontal / vertical /curved surfaces, after dismantling the existing poly carbonate multi wall sheet, including stacking serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable material within the campus with all lead and lift including the cost of material, labour, transportation, scaffolding, cutting to size and shapes where ever required with all lead and lift etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Labour charges for fixing of Poly carbonate sheet (Poly carbonate sheet will be supplied by the department), as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. Replacing of damaged structural glazing on existing frame work with new structural glazing 5mm thick reflective glass of required shades, as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge with spacer tape and structural glazing sealant, fixing the glass with use of Dow Corning 995 and 789 sealant and sealing the joints with water proof etc complete including the cost of material, labour, transportation, scaffolding, cutting to size and shapes where ever required with all lead and lift. etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing outward opening shutters for windows and ventilators opening size upto 1.35X0.75M, shutters made of aluminium J section frame and 5mm thick reflective glass of approved quality. Frame of the shutters shall be made using extruded built-up standard tubular sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, with a minimum thickness of powder coating of 50 microns. The shutters will be fixed with hymax, hinges positioned at the top of the frame, dash fasteners of required diameter and size, and include necessary filling up of gaps at junctions with EPDM rubber beading and silicon. This installation will be carried out on existing fixed glazing frames without causing damage to existing structures. Including the cost of material, labour, transportation, scaffolding, cutting to size and shapes where ever required with all lead and lift, etc. complete as per the direction of Engineerin-Charge.

Cleaning of existing structural glazing of Administrative Block/Poly Carbonate sheet in Amenity Centre at all heights with suitable brushes, duster etc., removal of dust, stains with cleaning solution/shampoo and fresh water in order to bring good look all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face 200 mm wide square UPVC Rainwater Gutter of approved brand and shape (Best make of approved quality), fixing the gutter with suitable stainless steel clamps of size 200X3mm at 1.00 m spacing, bolts, nuts and washers etc, after dismantling the existing PVC gutters and clamps including stacking serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable material within the campus with all lead and lift. Rate includes cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding and making necessary connections with rain water pipes complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.
