Construction of 100000 litre capacity RCC Over Head Tank with 20m high staging from plinth level including supply & fixing of 100 mm dia. (internal diameter) GI pipe B/medium class (Jindal, JTC make) ISI marked for inlet /outlet / overflow/washout purposes with separate sluice valves (Kirlosker make) ISI marked with GI pipe railing on tank top plateform, landing and stairs alongwith lightening conductor of standard specification, water level indicator, providing 2 or more coats of exterior acrylic paint of approved make and shade, to give good finish, testing against water tightness, providing suitable vermin proof and ventilating lantern at top, 40mm thick cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 for apron min. width of 1.00m around the tank at ground level as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and including suitable centering and shuttering and scaffolding etc complete including cost of all materials, labours, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. Note: complete design and specifications are to be furnished and got approved by contractor with in one and half month including testing of soil through a recognized institute including cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc, as may be required for proper completion of the work.Any item/work if at any stage required to be executed for proper complection of work shall be executed and the rate of which shall deemed to be included in the job rate quoted by the bidder/firm
