Operation Maintenance of Central HVAC Plant and Comprehensive Maintenance of 05 Nos. of Chillers installed at IITIndore

Operation & Maintenance (routine and preventive) and Breakdown Maintenance of all the Machinery and Equipment (Chillers, Cooling Towers, Pumps, Electrical Panels, Cabling, Piping etc.) installed at Central HVAC plant of IIT Indore. Deputation of following manpower included: a) Engineer (Highly Skilled) - 1 Nos. (General shift of all working days) b) Operator (Skilled) - 3 Nos. (2 shift all days of the week) c) Helper (Unskilled) - 3 Nos. (2 Shift all days of the week) Note: The cost included deputation of 7 manpower (including reliever) deployed by the contractor in suitable shift duties on a daily basic. A minimum of 6 personnel must be required to be present daily for a period of 365 days. (Also, the cost included of :- employee’s contribution to EPF, ESIC, WC Policy, LWC, uniforms, tools etc. as per statutory rules.)

Repair (Including Manpower, Spares, Consumables etc.), Testing & Commissioning of 1 (One) Chiller, Capacity-600TR, Make-Carrier.

Comprehensive Maintenance of Chillers (make-Carrier) installed at Central HVAC plant of IIT Indore for a period of 1 year (365 days).
