Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan, including getting out and disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m , as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage up to 5 km lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payments). including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Supplying and stacking at site dump manure from approved source, including carriage 5upto 5 km lead complete (Manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment) screened through sieve of I.S. designated 16 mm. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing & laying Korean/ Nilgiri grass turf with earth 50mm to 60mm thickness of existing ground prepared with proper level and ramming with required tools wooden and than rolling the surface with light roller make the surface smoothen and light watering the same and maintenance for 30 days or more till the grass establish properly, as per direction of the officer in charge. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, herbs, edge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing,weeding, pruning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by office-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide will be provided by the Department & lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel and other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor.) and as per direction of officer in charge. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and planting hedge plants of height 0.15 m (such as Duranta, Mehndi, Acalypha, Clerodendron, or other approved species), including digging of pits, refilling with good quality soil mixed with FYM, watering, and maintenance till establishment, complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge." including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
