Supply, Installation,Testing and Commissioning, Inverter type Split AC unit 1.5 Ton capacity, indoor & outdoor units with cordless remote control for indoor unit and with in built air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality with BEE 5 star rating and EER 3.2,operated in single phase AC supply, including necessary interconnection refrigerent copper tubing of required dia. & length duly insulated,condense water PVC rigid piping not less than 19mm external dia. and 2 mm wall thickness, outer unit stand made out of stain less steel including leakage testing duly filed with CFC free refrigerant for fixing of compressor as upto the required pressure as per manufacturer's instructions and including necessary civil work i.e. making hole, PCC work, MS stand/bracket,duly painted and connection etc. and including taking down carefully existing unserviceable AC and deposit in MES store yard,complete all as specified and directed.

Notes:-(Applicable for Serial Item No.1 and 2) (i) AC refrigerant shall be Non CFC. (ii) Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inslusive of the cost of pipes,cables for connection of outer door and indoor unit and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (iii) Old unserviceable ACs shall be deposited in AGE E/M store yard and receipt voucher obtained.

Materials and Labour for two single core FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed cable 4.00 Sq. mm. (Nominal area) with stranded copper conductor cable, 1100 Volts grade, drawn in and including PVC casing and caping and continuous earth wire of single core FRLSH PVC insulated, unsheathed cable 4.00 Sq. mm (nominal area) with stranded copper conductor cable, 1100 Volts grade for circuit/sub main wiring,including taking down carefully existing copper/ aluminium circuit/ submain wirings of any size (2 runs single core and earth continuity) complete including PVC casing capping/ PVC conduit/Steel Conduit with fittings etc, removing materials from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc.,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repair,single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB, 20 Amps, 240V, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repair, Double Door, Sheet Metal Enclosure for DBs for mounting of MCB for 240 Volts, 4 way, with 200 Amps rated bus bar, Single Pole & Neutral,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix miniature circuit breaker (MCBs) single pole, 240 Volts, 10KA,'C' curve, 6 to 32 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5M below normal ground level connected to galvanised steel earth lead strip 32 mm x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised steel and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 54 cm x 54 cm x 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia. TMT bars @ 150 mm centre to centre both ways, with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia.
