Supplying and Fixing of Outdoor duty SMC Meter board of size not less than 700 mmx480 mmx210 mm, on the surface of wall i/c providing- 1 No 100 A TPN SDF (L&T) with enclosure with 3 nos 80A HRC fuse, 3 Nos 100A Porcelain fuse with rewirable carrier, 1 No 100A Neutral Link, Internal wiring using 16 sqmm copper FRPVC wire, and extending the earth connection using 10 SWG copper wire (appr 5mtr distance), providing 500mm long 25x3 mm copper earth bus, providing clamp with PVC pipe for KSEB Service connection sign writing in meter board, danger notice etc as reqd. ( Make: Sintex, Model No. GSMB-7450/Similar Superior make )

Supplying and Fixing LT TOD energy meter , 3 phase 4 wire 10-60A direct reading, class 1 accuracy as per KSEB standards in the existing meter box, including providing test certificate from KSEB/ accredited labs including power supply connections using 16 Sqmm FRLS copper wire from a distance of 2.5 mtrs etc as reqd.(L&T / Secure/ ss make) ( for metering purpose as per KSEB standrads)

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (with charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required. Details of cost for one Set

Supply and fixing 20 W LED tube fittings 2000 lumens including removing the existing tube fittings etc as required. ( to provide in offices etc where repairing of fittings is not possible)

Providing 28/40W tubes for replacing exiting faulty tubes etc as reqd ( to repair existing tube fittings in passage, stairs, minimum1 or 2 lights in office portions in all three floors)

Fixing of Metallic enclosure on wall supplied by BSNL(appr size (1mtrX 0.40 mtrX0.3mtr)Including providing and fixing of 200A current carring capacity TP&N Aluminium busbar with DMC/SMC busbar support and front access facility in the above enclosure with suitable size copper earth bus with earthstud, painting etc complete as required. (The metallic enclosure will be provided by BSNL)

Rearranging of Electrical Connections in the building by disconnecting EB Incomer from the existing Change over switch and Solar PV out going cable from the existing LT panel and reterminating both the cables in the newly installed metallic box (For extending Solar Power exclusively for TE Manacaud) And retermination of existing dismantled EA cable to the Change over switch i/c supplying and fixing all accessories, testing commissioning etc as reqd

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required.( Rearranging LT cables between existing change over switch and LT Metering chamber)

Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Repairing of compound lights in admin building Manacaud, by S/F of the following LED lamps i/c monor repairs/modifications etc as required

Supplying and fixing of LED Flood light (50W)-(Make-Bajaj BJFL50WLED I or Similar superior make) with testing and commissing etc as required.

SITC of 2 Nos (1+1) 1HP Single phase monoblock open well submersible pump with cast iron impeller capable of delivering not less than 1.8 LPS at a head of 16mtrs in the existing sump with following accessories are required.Model Kirloskar KOS-128M or similar superior make) 20A DP MCB - 1Nos 25A Rotary type Double Pole changeover switch with enclosure-1 Nos 25mm cast iron gate valve - 3 Nos 25mm cast iron Non return valve - 2 Nos 25mm 4Kg PVC Pipe with accessories-22Mtrs (12 mtrs in under ground minimum 75cm depth required 10mtrs in surface ) 10mm plastic rope suitable for open well submersible pump-10mts (The above pump shall be connected in such a way that only one pump will be in operation at a time and another one as stand by)

Supply and laying of 3 coreX 2.5 sq.mm flat cable with copper conductor and PVC sheath and PVC insulation for submersible motors including connection tieing the cable along with delivery pipe in the sump etc as required.

Maintenance and Servicing of the existing 125 KVA EA Set with accoustic canopy i/c carrying out the following activities a) Cleaning of the complete DG Set i/c inside and outside of the canopy b) S/F AVR for replacing the faulty one c) S/F of 12V, 10A Battery charger for replacing the faulty one d) S/F of metallic braided diesel pipes e) S/F of MS Diesel pipe for replacing the corroded pipe f) Oil Servicing of the EA Set g) Servicing of the radiator h) S/F of stop solinoid for replacing the faulty one i) S/F of LLOP switch for replacing the faulty one Complete as above

Part B: Works required for CSC Bifurcation Providing and fixing dual source LCD enery meter class 0.5 with RS485 port suitable for 3 phase 415 V supply including connection etc as required. (Make:L&T 4040 Series or SS) ( For recording EB power consumption & DG consumption)

Supplying and fixing CT of ratio 100/5A 0.5S accuracy , making connections etc as required .

Installation of existing meter box(Recovered from TE Kudappanakunnu) on the surface of wall including cleaning,painting,sign writing, fixing of danger notice plate etc as required.

Supplying and fixing 6 way (4 + 18), Double door horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including four pole, (three phase and neutral), 1 Nos 415 V 63A 100ma RCCB, 1 Nos 63A four pole 415 volts Isolator,10 Nos C Curve SP MCB 5 A to 32 A rating , earthing etc. as required. (For bifercating power supply at BSNL CSC from tenant area)

Supplying and fixing 6 way, Double door, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including 1 Nos 32A DP Isolator as Incomer, 4 Nos C Curve SP MCB 5 A to 16 A rating, earthing etc. as required. (For UPS DB)

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

Shifting of office documents and records bundled in plastic/ carton bags of each weighing appr 40-50 kg from ground floor of Manacaud Admin bldg, loading , transporting unloading at locations shown below, stacking in shelves/ almirah in the room/ space allotted, including loading unloading ,transporting of following almirah of appr size 2Mx0.9Mx0.50M size and metal rack of appr size 2Mx1.5 M size

Appr 150 Nos of plastic/ carton bags and 10 nos Almirah and 10 nos shelf from Manacaud to Paruthipara Qtrs.
