Excavation in foundation soil (Loam clay or sand ) including lift upto 1.5 metre (5fts) and lead upto 30 Mtr ( 100fts) & including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the tremches or into the space between the building and sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of suplus earth as directed Engineer in charge up to distance of 30m (100fts) from the foundation trenches. as per .DAR 2.8.1

Providing & Laying cement concreet 1:6:12 40mm gauge brick ballast etc. As per SI No 273

Construction of granular sub base by providind well graded material spreading in uniform layer with mortar grader on prepared surface , mixed by mix in place mathod with rotavator at OMC , and compaction with smooth wheel roller to achive the desierd dencity complete as per technical specification clause 401.

Class 150 brick work in 1:4 cement and C-sand etc. As per SOR CHP. 06 ITEM NO 1.0 (6,1.1)

Providing & Laying cement concrete 1:2:4 cement C-sand and 20mm gauge stone grit etc. As per DAR (4.1.3)

12mm thick plaster with cement approved C-sand in 1:4 including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (As per SI NO 2(13.4.1)

Neat cement punning

Reinforced cement concrete work excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with l:2:4 (l cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-Ill) : 4 graded stone aggegate 20 mm nominal size as per DAR (5.1.3)

Miled steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (When not wrougt to include in over all rates) wrought to required shape as mecessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage bend hooks and authorised overlapping shall be measured upto floor two level.
