Job Contract for Operation and Maintenance of Electrical, Mechanical Installations and involving Operation, Repairs Maintenance and to attending to Complaints/ Faults/ Breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring Serviceability / Satisfactory working condition of the systems, Preventive Maintenance of E&M Installations, Maintenance of Records/Documentation etc., (At Substation, Fire fighting pump house, Passenger terminal building,Fire alarm system, Technical block,GLF,NDB,DVOR,Perimeter etc.) on all days Sundays and Holidays by deploying adequate manpower as per requirement/ list of installations, special condition of contract / direction of Engineer-in-charge. Comprehensive annual maintenance contract for Numeric make 6 KVA on-line UPS including service visits once in 3 months (Total 04 visits per Annum), attending break downs as and when required,repairs,rectifications through OEM, supply and replacement of required spares/accessories/parts (excluding replacement of batteries and Transformers) as per special conditions attached.

Comprehensive annual maintenance contract for Consul make 2 KVA on-line UPS including service visits once in 3 months (Total 04 visits per Annum), attending break downs as and when required,repairs,rectifications through OEM, supply and replacement of required spares/accessories/parts (excluding replacement of batteries and Transformers) as per special conditions attached.

Repairs to 2 nos 6KVA Numeric make UPS at Terminal building by replacing neceaasry spares and making the system serviceable by authorised service dealer/OEM as required (a) IGBT 150A/600V

Calibration of all relays for Crompton Greaves make 3 panel VCB for 2 O/C and 1 E/F static relays- 3 sets (make:ERL , MIT113), auxiliary realys for transformer's alarm & trip - 4 nos( make : Easun Reyrolle,B33X3) using secondary injection kit including adjustment of plug settings, transportation of test equipment and submitting test reports etc as required.

Filtration and determination of electric strength of insulation oil (as per IS – 6792 : 1992 ) of 400 KVA, 11 / 0.415 KV transformers by stream line and hot oil circulation for three cycles or more till achieving required value including certification, transportation ( to & fro) of machineries etc.complete as required (400 KVA transformer Oil tank capacity - 415 ltr).

Carrying out the BDV test before and after oil filtration on site, Acidity test checks and issuing test reports.

Rewinding of following types of motors with enameled copper wire including baking etc complete as required (Burnt copper need not be returned to AAI. Rate shall be quoted accordingly). 7.5 HP Monoblock Motor

Providing illumination with coloured serial lamps, focusing lights & decorative lights on the city side of Terminal building, ATC Building, Approach Road and Entrance of Kadapa Airport etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for the below mentioned days for the year 2020-21 & 2021-22 (Each occassion duration - 02 Nights) a) Serial LED Lamps (Containing minimum 20 Nos of lamps per set) - 600 Sets (300 Sets - In-line with Indain Flag Code - Tricolour & 300 Sets Multicolour) b) Focusing Beam Widespread LED Lights (In-line with Indain Flag Code - Tricolour suitable to illuminate complete Terminal Building & ATC Complex) - 02 Sets (One each for 02 buildings) (a) AAI Annual Day (one job each for the calendar year 2023 & 2024)

Annual maintenance contract of Kirloskar make DG Sets along with AMF panel by OEM / OEM Authorised Service dealer, carrying out Routine / Preventive Maintenance on Bi-monthly Visit basis, attending all breakdown maintenance calls, carrying out "B" & 'C" check of Engines and attending minor faults of Equipments, ensuring 100% Serviceability / Satisfactory working condition of the systems, as per Standard manufacturer's practices, i/c Supply of Spares and Accessories as per Speical Terms and Conditions and Maintenace of Service Records and Reporting etc., as requried.
