Taking down and serviceing of ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep at site and removing of old grease from bearing of ceiling fan and re-filling new grease including replacement of worn out nut bolt, rubber real bush gun metal ball bearing capacitor split and reassembling the fan complete including testing after assembling and connecting to electric system complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down/dismantling carefully exising solar water heater tank of capacity 300 Litres by unscrewing all fitments and water supply pipe lines and removal of the tank from the system complete including any minor work required at site complete all as specified and directed. Taking down existing rusted/worn out MS cross arm, angle, clamps, nuts, bolts and washers and supply and fixing new MS Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamp and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any type, shape or as indicated and directed inclusive of one coat of red oxide and one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of fountain light any colour any type as per existing sample, waterproof, 5/6 Watt complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing with glavanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600mmX600mmX6.3mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel using GI or steel wire 4mm dia as earthing lead as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate pit, funnel, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe , 15mm dia GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe and pre-cast earth pit cover 50mm thick made of RCC (1:1.5:3) type A-1 duly reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @150c/c both ways, one lifting handle made out of 10mm dia TMT bar 250 mm long embedded in cover slab and cover, wire, copper lugs etc mesh, charcoal and common salt in alternate layer of 15 cm thick including taking down old earthing complete all as specified and directed.
