LT Power cables: Supply, testing at manufacturer works of 1.1 KV grade 3.5C x 300 Sq.mm aluminium stranded sector shape core conductor with XLPE insulation, cable conforming to IS 7098 Part-I with latest amendments as per Technical specifications in clause no. 2 of PART-E.

LT Power cables laying trougth Micro-Tunneling: Survey, Making trail pits to judge the actual laying of cable route including pulling of 3.5 core 300 sq. mm. 1.1 kv cable inside HDPE Pipe 110 mm Dia by Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) Machine with supply and laying of 110 mm Diameter HDPE and others supply materials (if required) for the execution as per instructions of the Engineer In charge of the work. Note : HDPE pipe, PE-80 PN-6 shall be as per IS 4984-1995.

LT Power cables laying in ground : laying of the cable in ground at a - depth of 900 mm below ground level including excavation of soil, sand bedding, laying of baked bricks on side top, temporary reinstatement, back filling, dewatering, consolidation, disposal of excess earth within the radius of 500 m sand bedding, cables covered on top & sides by baked bricks conforming to IS: 1077, sand cushioning all around, making good to the original finish, providing cable number tag including supply of bricks, sand, cable tags etc. as per instructions of the Engineer In charge of the work.

L T Cable End Joints: Supplying and making end termination with double compression brass cable glands and aluminium lugs for 3.5C x 300 Sq.mm of XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade by crimping with supply of all jointing materials, insulation tape, flux and duplicate interconnection between gland earthing strip & to the nearest earthing bus terminals as per enclosed detailed specifications, as per instructions of the Engineer In charge of the work.

LT Cable straight through Joints: Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for 3.5C x 300 Sq.mm XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as per instructions of the Engineer In charge of the work.

cable route marker: Supply and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm x 10 cm x 5 mm thick G.I plate with inscription there on, bolted/welded to 35mm x 35mm x 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as requires as per instructions of the Engineer In charge of the work.
