1) The price should be quoted in percentage of the Gross Revenue till the end of concession period i.e. 33 years

2) The quoted price shall be over and above the fixed rentals which may vary proportionately as and when the FAR is increased by the concessionaire.

3) The H1 (Highest bidder) will be considered on the basis of higher percentage on Gross Revenue offered by the bidder. The bidder shall quote their rates both in words and figures.
