Drilling of trail bore in any type of soil / rock for 200mm dia bore hole by rotary rig method or any approved method including formation sample collection for the depth Up to 30 mtrs (2x30 mtr) all as specified and as directed.

Drilling of trail bore in any type of soil / rock for 200mm dia bore hole by rotary rig method or any approved method including formation sample collection for the depth 30 to 60 mtrs (2x30 mtr) all as specified and as directed.

Drilling of trail bore in any type of soil / rock for 200mm dia bore hole by rotary rig method or any approved method including formation sample collection for the depth 60 to 90 mtrs (2x30 mtr) all as specified and as directed.

Drilling of trail bore in any type of soil / rock for 200mm dia bore hole by rotary rig method or any approved method including formation sample collection for the depth 90 to 120 mtrs (2x30 mtr) all as specified and as directed.

Supply and insert mild steel (ERW) casing pipe 200 mm dia including specials having 4.30mm wall thickness (for 2 bore wells 60 mtr each) all as specified and as directed.

Supply and insert slotted mild steel (ERW) pipe 200 mm dia including specials having 4.30mm wall thickness (for 2 bore wells 20 mtr each) all as specified and as directed.

Development of tube well with compressed air and after with 25% extra capacity pump by pumping muddy water ( 20 Hours for each bore well) all as specified and as directed.

Yield test for the bore well by continuously pumping for 16 hrs to determine safe pumping yield all as specified and as directed.

Testing of water for all parameters i.e. chemical and bacteriological aspect from RRL Hyderabad or any Govt. approved / recognised laboratory as approved.

Supply, lower, testing and commisioning of Submersible pump set stainless steel body & CI bowl made by Graded casting & SS impeller electric driven 415 V suitable for 200mm dia bore well (Casing pipe size 200 mm) complete, not less than 7.5 HP all as directed.

Standard flat 3 core PVC insulated industrial cable for submersible pump motor 1100 Volt grade 6 sqmm with necessary connection to submersible pump set etc. all as specified.

Provision of MS reducer, bail plug, well cap, MS etc strip for centring, MS iron clamps, electric logging and simple strata box as required all as specified and as directed.

GI pipe heavy grade 50 mm with heavy duty GI socket for lowering in bore well of size 50 mm all as specified and as directed.

Medium grade galvanized iron pipes 50mm dia. including supply and fixing all necessary fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

CI Valve reflex (non return valve) of size 50 mm dia with by pass arrangement supplied and laid complete.

50mm dia or bore gun metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and as directed.

LT feeder Piller Box of suitable size made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet, mounted on 50 x 50 x 6mm angle iron frame including all interconnections and painting the same with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed comprising of following: (a) 4 x 100 Amps Bus Bar mounted on suitable insulators (b) MCCB 63 Amps, 25 KA, 440 Volts, 4 Pole - 01 No as Incomer (c) MCB TPN 15 Amps, 3 Phase, 440 volts, 01 No for outgoing (d) DOL Starter suitable upto 7.5 HP, 3 Phase Submersible pump set (e) Capacitor 5 KVAr, 3 Phase 01 No (f) Single Phase Preventer suitable for 7.5 HP Submersible pumpset (g) Indicating lamps set of 3 -1 set (h) Ammeter 0-20 Amps -1 No (j) Voltmeter 0 - 500 volts- 1 No

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth for taking out/in laying underground cables / pipes etc and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soil including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point.
