S&F 35mm thick, 2nd class hard wood, factory made, glazed & skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass etc. Sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, Clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L one coat of cold bituminous primer to the plastered surface @ 0.40 litres per sqm conforming IS-3384 and laid a layer of APP polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.0 kg per sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weight not lass than 150gm/sqm) by toarch application method complete all as per manufacturer instructions and sealing all the over lap shall be minimum 75mm in length side and 100mm on with side. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L plain cement concrete, M-15 (Nominal Mix), type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in roof kerbs, mud stops, roof padding over APP etc using water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding or backing coat, removing rubbish off the premises, removal and depositing where directed and leaving the work clear of any plastering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 300 x 450x 7mm/ 300 x 600 x 7mm as in skirting/dado etc, over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.38 sqm as in floors etc laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 18-20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished and moulding of outer edges) in steps, jambs and pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and the like including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite with and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick heavy duty full body vitrified steps (self embossed tread lines in tread and plain risers) of any shade (as approved by GE) 900x300/1000x300/1200x300mm over 6mm thick high polymer modified grey cement based tiles adhesive and grouted epoxy grout over and including 10mm thick screed bed/backing coat in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Endura Stepping Stone series of Jhonson Endura or equivalent make as approved by GE.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in Cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L walling of random rubble, un-courses, well bonded bedded & solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.
