Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below/above ground level) including floor finishes complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismatling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortor bedding but not backing removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premise complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm stone aggregate as in sub base floor/floors and paving etc complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course finished even and fair for laying floor finishes etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, as in skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm stone aggregate as in sub base floor/floors and paving etc complete all as specified & directed.

S&F rubber moulded Machine pressed PCC interlocking paver block confirming to IS 15658-2006 of size 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid dry over 25mm thick screed river washed sand cushion as in floor, shape and colour as directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for 10 to 12 mm thick vitrified unglazed and unpolished, scratch resistant, matt finished coloured tiles (square/rectangular) of size not less than 300mm x 300mm as in parking/hardstanding etc including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, set, jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour/shades of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rubber moulded chequered cement concrete tiles 25 mm thick of any size, colour and pattern as approved by GE set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) kerb solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with clamps complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing PVC (SWR) bend any radius of 110 mm bore complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing factory made steel rolling shutters with laths of thickness 1 mm, with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete push pull or manual type including taking down existing unserviceable, broken, rusted steel rolling shutter of any size and type and complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully hood and steel rolling shutter of size not exceeding 15 sqm and replacement of unserviceable/defective parts and refixing in the same opening after cleaning of guide rails, laths, top cover by kerosene and proper greasing, oiling, replacement of rusted nut bolts etc, removing of bend, alignment etc to make the system smooth functional & making good the disturbed surface all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) The unserviceable parts to be replaced shall be measured and paid for separately as "Supply only". (ii) Quoted rate shall be inclusive of providing missing nuts bolts, greasing, oiling, denting, tension to spring etc.

Supply only flat spring suitable for rolling shutter of area exceeding 15 Sqm but not exceeding 25 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only ball bearing 50 mm dia complete all as specified and directed. Make - SKF/ NBC/ NATIONAL.

Supply only ball bearing 100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed. Make - SKF/ NBC/ NATIONAL.

Supply only MS sheet hood cover of 1.00mm thick bent to shape match with existing brackets including stiffners of MS angles/flat complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only MS tubing 50mm bore medium grade with necessary holes for shaft complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only MS tubing 40mm bore medium grade with necessary holes for shaft complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only gear box of steel rolling shutter including handle rack & pinion system, bearing etc of rolling shuter size 5 Sqm each complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for taking down carefully gear box for repairs including rack & pinion system bearing including welding teeth and grinding, greasing and refixing etc for rolling shutter size 5 Sqm and above but not exceeding 25 Sqm each to make it serviceable including minor repair complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing collapsible steel gates, consisting of channel pickets, pivoted flat bars, top and bottom runners, brass handles etc., as specified, erected in position and securing runners with holdfasts and brackets including taking down existing unserviceable, broken, rusted collapsible steel gates and complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for repairs to collapsible steel gate of size not exceeding 10 sqm, including removing and replacing worn out minor parts such as rivets, roller wheels etc. straightening of vertical channels and cleaning of rust including greasing and re-fixing the same in position complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The unserviceable parts to be replaced shall be measured and paid for spearately as " Supply only". (ii) Quoted rate shall be inclusive of providing missing nuts, bolts, greasing , oiling etc.

Material & labour for repairs to collapsible steel gate of size exceeding 10 sqm but not exceeding 15 sqm including removing and replacing worn out minor parts such as rivets, roller wheels etc. straightening of vertical channels and cleaning of rust including greasing and re-fixing the same in position complete all as specified and directed. Material & labour for cutting holes in stone walls built in cement mortar for inserting hold fasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 as required, depth of embedded portion of hold fasts or lugs exceeding one brick but not exceeding two bricks from the face of the jamb in to the wall complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only guide channel of 75mm for rolling shutters including hold fasts welded to channel complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only pivoted flat bar 20x5 mm fixed with rivets in required position as in collapsible gates complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for cleaning and greasing the top and bottom guide rails of MS sliding door complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for running welding in repairs, thickness of metal to be welded not exceeding 6mm complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No 33 above but thickness of metal to be welded exceeding 6 mm but not exceeding 9mm.

Material & labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable, rusted, broken (corrugated/semi corrugated, etc.) CGI/AC/ Fibre glass sheets in ridge and roof coverings complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fix pre-painted galvalume GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour in replacement of 1.00mm thick MS laths of continuous single piece section without any welded joint of steel rolling shutter, the lath section shall be rolled so as to have interlocking coils at both edges & deep corrugations at the center with average depth not less than 12mm & each alternate lath section shall be fitted with malleable cast iron or mild steel clips securrely riveted at either ends complete including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide primer all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for oiling and greasing to pullers of each steel sliding hanger door shutter (each panel) cleaning with standard thinner such as carbon tetra chloride/Benzene and making it smooth functioning to reduce the friction of door complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs MS pulley size more than 20 cm dia with bearing shaft, nuts including making necessary arrangement for taking down old pulley at the bottom of sliding hanger door shutter complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs MS pulley size less than 20 cm dia with bearing shaft, nuts including making necessary arrangement for taking down old pulley at the top of sliding hanger door shutter complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs bearing for 14cm/25cm dia pulley, rollers including welding replacement of old nuts/bolts etc complete for smooth functioning in perfect alignment all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repairs bearing for shaft of rolling shutter including welding replacement of old nuts/bolts etc complete for smooth functioning in perfect alignment all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour in replacement of pintle hinge, locking device cleat, hold fast for steel gate and door including removing of bend alignment, fixing and welding work for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing rolled milld steel of grade Fe-290 (Grade E-165) in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gussets plates, rails braces, etc. complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) Quality-B complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair wire netting of stainless steel wire 0.91 mm dia and size of mesh 20 mm appartue fixed with tinned tacks of stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in repair UV resistance Polythene bird netting (Suraksha plus) made out of 1mm dia or twine manufactured by Netlon India Ltd or equivalent as approved to existing truss and purlin to hanger of mesh size 20mm x 20mm including fixing with accessories/fixing material required such as clamps, nuts washers etc as required at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F MS flat iron 25x5mm for securing the chain link fencing/Stainless steel bird netting including necessary drilling for holes, cutting, punching, bending etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified.

S&F Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work (600mm X 600 mm) for false ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 8 mm thick calcium silicate board if siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 600 x 600mm grid for Exposed metal frame ceiling complete all as specified and directed. (Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for preparation of new decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceilling and applying two coat of oil bound distemper white or tinted over and including a coat of white putty in patches as required all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
