Designing & Detailed Engineering, Carrying out HAZOP Studies, ERDPM & QRA

Preparation of basic layout, study of drawings for facilities for CGS/CNG Stations (Green field/Brown field /at RO)/LCNG/LNG station etc. and providing required numbers of copies for onward submission to PESO to obtain Consent to establish (CTE) and Consent to operate (CTO).

Preparation of basic layout, study of drawings for facilities for De-compression unit (DCU)/Daughter Station and providing required numbers of copies for onward submission to PESO to obtain Consent to Establish (CTE) and Consent to operate (CTO).

Detailed Engineering for LCNG/LNG including preparation of schematic drawing/GAD for Mechanical,Electrical/Civil/Instrumentations systems etc. complete in all respects but not limited to.

Detailed Engineering for City Gate Station (CGS)/CNG Mother Station (Greenfield) /CNG On-line stations (Greenfield) including office building, dispensing units, piping arrangement, Electrical/Civil/Instrumentations systems etc. complete in all respects but not limited to.

Detailed Engineering for De-compression unit (DCU), DBS & On-Line Type CNG Stations at Retail-Outlet (RO) including designing of dispensing units, piping arrangement, Electrical/Civil/Instrumentations systems etc. complete in all respects but not limited to.

Detailed Engineering for conversion of Daughter Booster station/Daughter Station to On-line CNG station complete in all respects but not limited to.

Network designing for Steel/PE pipelines and simulation using approppriate software, preparation of construction drawing/Layout, preparation of Bill of Material, potential estimation with proper justification and submission of reports/douments as per requirement of GAIL.

Preparation of fresh & updation of existing ERDMP including submission of Final report in soft and hard in required numbers copies as per GAIL requirement on each case basis.

Carry out the HAZOP Study and QRA for section of the Pipeline of Steel and or PE /CGD network including Steel and PE network / Modification in the CGD network as per the requirement of the project/ other statutory agencies/ body on each case basis.

Carry out the HAZOP Study and QRA for CGS/CNG station /DCU/LCNG Stn./LNG Stn. etc to be commissioned (Post modification) as per the requirement of the project/ other statutory agencies/ body on each case basis.

Tendering & Ordering for Supply/Material Packages

Preparation of Technical specifications & Bid document as per GAIL/GAIL Gas C&P Procedure, Floating of tender /Tender for multiple items and/ for multiple cities Evaluation of Bids, recommendation for Price bid opening (PBO), Recommendation for Placement of orders, subsequent release order, dispatch clearances etc including approval of vendor drawing, data sheets, QAP, etc at site office/ Head office, other works required to complete the supply and further Closure of contract/ submission of vendor evaluation/rating, Completion certificate / execution certificate, feed back etc

Closure of supply contract/ARC/ including submission of vendor evaluation, Completion certificate / execution certificate, feed back etc for such cases which are running/in progress/left over by earlier PMC and yet to be completed/closed. (Not covered in B.1).

Issuance of Repeat order /recommendation/amendment etc. as advised by GAIL

Retendering for the cases solely attributable to GAIL (other than GAIL/GAIL Gas existing Procedures and policies)

Tendering & Ordering for Works/Service Packages

Preparation of Technical specifications & Bid document as per GAIL/GAIL Gas C&P Procedure, Floating of tender/Tender for multiple scope and/ for multiple cities/ Locations. Evaluation of Bids, Recommendation for Placement of orders, release of subsequent orders etc - For Composite / Construction / works / Service package ,approval of vendor drawing, data sheets, QAP, etc at site office/ Head office, simulations if required, inspection of bought out items ,dispatch clearance and other works required to complete the contract, Closure of contract/report including submission of vendor evaluation, Completion certificate / execution certificate, feed back etc.

Closure of works /services contract/ARC including submission of order closure report (OCR) vendor evaluation, Completion certificate/execution certificate, feed back etc for such contract which are under execution. (not covered in C.1)

Issuance of recommendation/amendment etc. as advisd by GAIL

Retendering for the cases solely attributable to GAIL (India) Limited (other than GAIL/GAIL Gas existing Procedures and policies)

Inspection/Expediting/Expert's Site Visit/Attending Review meeting at Site/Expert service for any specific job/Any other assistance in new project/pilot project management as the case may be & as per GAIL requirement

Carryout inspection/FAT/SAT of free issue material (FIM), bought out items of contractors/vendors at vendor/manufacturer premises by PMC representative/project coordinator from their HQ.

For attending Review Meeting/Progress Review Meeting by representative/project coordinator from their HQ at any of the GA.

For carrying out any activity which is not envisaged in this tender but required to be carried out for completion/progress of CGD projects.This will include Carry out Engineering, designing and submitting the drawing /layout , report,preparation and submission of other various report for the activity as will be sought not envesiaged and defined in the instant tender/Scope of works, evaluations ,review of DFRs,Designs, opinion,agumentation of networks in GA ,preparation of short tenders,etc . coordination with GAIL ,replies to Arbitration cases, is also required to done by EPMC during the contract period . Utilisation of the Mandays for each activity shall be mutullay discussed and agreed upon before start of the work. Payment of such work shall be paid once in a month on completion and acceptance of work by the GAIL.

Evaluation of Documents for setting of CNG station on DODO model

Evaluation of Documents received from interested parties for setting of CNG station on DODO model as per GAIL/GAIL Gas policy.

Providing Assistance in SAP and VIM related activities and coordination of procurement activities

Providing Assistance in SAP and VIM releated activities - processing of VIM related exceptions and coordination of procurement activities, providing updated tendering status, coordination with Vendor and suppliers, arrnaging Kick off meeting etc by deploying suitable resources having Engg. background with B.Tech/BE Qualification with minimum 02 years work experience and adequate knowledge of ERP/SAP system to execute the described activity in the instant SOR item. These services are required at GAIL Noida/GAIL 06 CGD HQ. Note: This SOR includes Transportation, Boarding & Lodging facility, office stationary, Laptop and peripherals. However, office space may be provided by GAIL in the existing office of GAIL Noida/GAIL 06 CGD HQ.
