Material and labour for submain wiring complete with PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded 1100 volt grade PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable confirming to IS 694 FRLS, 4 runs of 10 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area, drawn through and including rigid PVC conduits not less than 25 mm dia, with necessary conduit accessories, including provision of 2 runs of 6 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable confirming to IS 694 FRLS as earth conductor cable; using colour code as per IS and making good all disturbed surfaces matching with adjacent surfaces, including taking down existing complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- i) 4 Runs of 10 sq mm main cable, 2 runs of 6 Sq mm cable, 1 run of PVC conduit will be measured as one length complete all as specified and directed, ii) Extra length of cables / wire required for connecting to MCBs shall not be measured and rate quoted shall deemed to be included accordingly.

Disconnecting, taking down unserviceable, MCB DB, supply and fixing new VTPN 4 way, double door type, 415 volts, IP : 54 protection, door, earthing, isolated neutral bus bar, mechanical impact strength IK 09 with insulated bus bar assembly, pre punched knockout, suitable for and including MCCB 4 Pole, 125 Amps, 415 V, 25 kA breaking capacity as I/C, making good the disturbed surfaced matching with adjacent surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.. Notes : i) All unused modules shall be provided with blanking plate for which the cost is deemed to be included in the cost of MCB DBs. ii) MCB/ Isolators will be measured and paid separately as supply and fix under respective items.

Supply and fix, 3 phase, 32 Amps, sheet metal enclosure with plug and earth socket, including provision of MCB TPN 32 Amps, grouted flush in wall surfaces, finishing disturbed surfaces matching with adjacent surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix, 3 phase, 63 Amps, sheet metal enclosure with plug and earth socket, including provision of MCB TPN 63 Amps, grouted flush in wall surfaces, finishing disturbed surfaces matching with adjacent surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix, MCCB, 4 pole, 415 Volts 50HZ of breaking capacity 36 kA, connecting with incoming cable and out going cable with suitable thimbles and crimping the thimbles with crimping tools insulating the naked portion with insulation tape complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ PCC block masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with Grade 'C' solid block, not exceeding 10 cm in width, having minimum compressive strength of 50 Kg / Sq cm as per IS 2185 (Part-I) 2005 and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

Material and labour, for Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6), type C-0 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate as in floors, 25mm thick finished even and fair, as in sub base, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for, sand / stone dust cushioning, as in cushion to interlocking paver blocks,, watering and consolidating, complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour, for machine pressed pre-cast concrete interlocking coloured paving block of any shape and size, grey cement and pigments, confirming to IS-15658-2006, 60 mm thick, M-35 grade, vibro compacted, complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour, for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings, bed blocks, kerb stones, etc., including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement in external surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Granite (of any type) 18-20 mm thick, work table, rubbed and polished in steps, jambs, pillar, window calls, cooking platforms and like including pointing in white cement (1:2),with admixtures of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for, preparation of concrete / plastered surfaces of any description, exceeding 10 cm in width or girth; and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2, with using 40 mm graded stone aggregate; as in foundations and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for providing Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with Grade 'C' solid block, exceeding 10 cm in width, having minimum compressive strength of 50 Kg / Sq cm as per IS 2185 (Part-I) 2005 and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

Preparing new plastered concrete / brick surface of wall, providing material and labour for 1 mm thick wall care putty and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer coat, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for, mild steel, plain, black sheet 1.25 mm thick, in wall cladding, ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashing and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for, preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, width or girth exceeding 10 cm and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for, mild steel flat iron as in wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) necessary drilling as required, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix, Pre-painted corrugated galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPA as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws etc complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for, preparation of concrete / plastered surfaces of any description, exceeding 10 cm in width or girth; and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint(ordinary tint), complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning existing concrete surfaces, cement tiles or paver blocks free of dust, grease, was, loose paint and other contaminants with the help of scrubbing brush and soap powder solution where the surface has algae or fungal growth, applying true care bio block, let it dry for at least 4-6 hours before painting, thereafter applying two coats of floor paint emulsion complete all as per manufacturers instructions. Make : Asian Paints (Brand-Apex floor guard) or techno commercial equivalent.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
