M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (type B-1) using 20mm graded trap stone aggregates, as in coping, etc. including necessary use and waste of formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of Cap 500 ltrs (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I, all as specified and directed.

S&F of 25 mm dia, Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene Float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed

Supply and laying of CPVC pipes of size 25 mm dia (outer dia) SDR-11 including plain CPVC SDR fittings for Hot/ Cold water mention below including all fittings and solvents and special fittings like brass elbow brass tee, male threaded brass adapter, female threaded brass adaptor unions, flange and tank adapter all as per manufacturers recommenations and complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix 25 mm dia Stop valve, cast copper alloy (ISI marked) screwed down high pressure with capstan head handle screwed both ends (externally threaded) for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified.

M&L for Drilling holes for bolts, pipes, etc. exc 25mm but n.exc 60 mm dia, Depth of wall for 20 CM, including Making good plastering and painting etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat priming paint plaster coat including preparation of new concrete surfaces plain and moulded and nor exc 10 cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different complete all as specified.

Supply, Installation & testing Solar water heating system of capacity 200 litre per day consisting of Flat plate (SS 304 with nitrile insulation) collector box fabricated from aluminium extruded sections by means of gas welding or brazing leak proof fully insulated with glass wool (48kg/M8) with supporting structure duly painted with synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of zinc chromate red oxide primer provided with absorber made from copper steel & copper tubes with protective coating complete with header gromme storage tank made from stainless steel sheet of minimum 20 SWG thickness with puff insulation of minimum 50 mm girth outer including of 55-26 SWG brass socket & nipple fully insulated with glass wool with cold & hot water piping. gun metal valves. Coil type stainless steel heat exchanger complete conforming to IS-12933 & 12976 with necessary PCC platform, cold water tank & make up water tank capacity 200 Litres per day capable to supply hot water at 60° C all as specified and directed. Make :- Racold / Honey Well/Bosch Notes :- (i) The thicness of stainles steel of storage tank will be 20 gauge.
