S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, eaves board, ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashing cladding to wall etc, fixed with self-tapping screws/ J-hooks complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/path laid to slope of 1 in 12 and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement with and including all necessary form work to divide the area in panels, finishing exposed edges fair or rounding or chamfering of exposed edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels, drains including all necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in bed blocks for fixing hold fasts , coping, filling in pressed steel chowkat or similar work including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wooden fillets for roof tiles battens, rails, posts, rafters, purlins etc. under 40 sq.cm in section (unframed work) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for second class hardwood plain fillets (sectional area exceeding 13 sq.cm and not exceeding 25 sq.cm), square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails or brads complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl No. 10 here-in-before, but except fillets complete all as specified and directed. Note: Serviceable wooden fillets obtained from item No. 09 will be used under this item.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, unframed work, in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for second class hardwood in scantlings, clean sawn complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl No. 13 here-in-before, but except scantlings complete all as specified and directed. Note: Serviceable wooden scantlings obtained from item No. 12 will be used under this item.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic joint free tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick, (Square/rectangular), area of each tile exceeding. 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm conforming to IS-13755 as in floor set and joint in cement slurry, jointed & pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of the tile over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 300 x 200 x 7 mm thick coloured glazed ceramic tiles fixed as in vertical surface such as risers of steps, skirting, dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile over and including 10 mm thick backing coat or bedding layer in CM 1:4 finished even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, win dow-cills, cooking plat forms and like laid over and including 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone masonry surfaces of walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work/concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant primer including applying a layer plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

G.I. wire (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia, 40mm long as suspending arrangements for false ceiling work complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 4 mm thick non-asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/ GI/ Aluminium frame work with screws on ceiling, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frame not exc 1.50 sqm each with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube as per specification and drawing given in clause 8.B.3 of SSR -2010 (Part-II Rates) complete all as specified and directed.
