Procurement of De Sludger Machine with Tractor in MC Gohana under SBM 2.0

Procurement and Supply of 30 HP Tractor of Make:- Swaraj, Farmtrac and Mahindra including Registration in favour of EO, MC GOHANA and Insurance of Tractor complete in all respect. The Specifications of the tractor shall be as defined under:- 1. Type - The tractor offered shall be an agricultural/utility tractor suitable for municipal operations. 2. Power source - The tractor shall be powered by a diesel IC engine. 3. Engine power - The engine power shall not be less than 22.8 kW (approx. 30 HP class). 4. PTO power - The PTO power shall not be less than 20.6 kW. 5. Drive - The tractor shall have 2WD drive or higher. 6. Operator station - The tractor shall have an open operator station as per OEM standard. 7. Steering - The tractor shall be fitted with power steering. 8. Maximum engine torque - The maximum engine torque shall not be less than 136 Nm. 9. Emission compliance - The tractor shall conform to the latest applicable Indian TREM/CMVR/emission norms in force as on the date of supply. 10. Air intake - The air intake system shall be natural/OEM-standard suitable design. 11. Cooling - The engine shall be liquid cooled. 12. PTO type - The tractor shall be fitted with Live PTO or a better OEM-equivalent arrangement. 13. Lifting capacity - The hitch-point lifting capacity shall not be less than 1400 kg. 14. Transmission - The transmission shall be sliding mesh/constant mesh/synchromesh or a better OEM-standard type. 15. Forward gears/settings - The tractor shall have not less than 8 forward gears/settings. 16. Reverse gears/settings - The tractor shall have not less than 2 reverse gears/settings. 17. Brakes - The tractor shall be fitted with oil-immersed/wet-disc brakes or better. 18. Fuel tank capacity - The fuel tank capacity shall not be less than 47 litres. 19. Overall length (with TPL) - Approx. 3435 mm, or OEM-equivalent suitable for 30 HP class. 20. Overall width - Approx. 1770 mm, or OEM-equivalent. 21. Overall height - Approx. 2200 mm, or OEM-equivalent. 22. Wheelbase - Approx. 2070 mm, or OEM-equivalent suitable for stability/towing. 23. Ground clearance - The ground clearance shall not be less than 410 mm. 24. Turning radius (without brakes) - Approx. 3670 mm or lower/better, as per OEM design. 25. Unballasted mass - Approx. 1800 kg, or OEM-equivalent suitable for the tractor class. 26. Front track width - Approx. 1325 mm, or OEM-equivalent. 27. Rear track width - Approx. 1400 mm, or OEM-equivalent. 28. Front tyre - 6.00-16, 8PR, or OEM-equivalent/better. 29. Rear tyre - 13.6-28, 12PR, or OEM-equivalent/better. 30. CMVR certification - The tractor shall carry complete-vehicle certification under the applicable CMVR norms, issued by a competent certifying agency. 31. Commercial test report - A commercial test report from a competent tractor testing/certifying agency shall be furnished, wherever required under GeM category/statutory norms. 32. Warranty — The tractor shall carry a minimum warranty of 6 years or 6000 hours (standard vehicle warranty), or a higher OEM-standard warranty beneficial to the Buyer, applicable to the offered model. Accessories, Documents and Service:- i. Standard accessories, tool kit, drawbar and top link shall be supplied, along with user/maintenance manual, warranty/service booklet and service schedule. ii. Registration certificate/smart card or valid proof of registration in the name of the Executive Officer, Municipal Council, Gohana shall be furnished before release of final payment. iii. Authorized service support shall be available in Haryana/NCR/North India, with complaint attendance preferably within 72 hours, genuine spare-parts availability for a minimum of five years, and free operator/routine-maintenance training.
