Providing, laying cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 (1cement : 3sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinths within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 milimetre thick welding with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 milimetre so as to give fair finish including centering, shuttering and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below floor to ceiling not exceeding four metres and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.
Supply and fixing galvanised steel barbed wire (IS:278-1962 type-I) weighting 9.38 kg per 100 mtr (minimum) straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc as directed posts and struts of wood concrete, steel etc and straining bolt shall be paid for separately) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

The pipe shall have internal and external galvanised Zinc coating of approximate thickness owing to IS;4736 as and corresive coating at manufacturing site. Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of star rated energy efficient submersible pumping set of reputed make such as KSB/ BS/ Johnston/ Worthington/ Sabar/ Oswal/ Kirloskar/ Calama / Crompton /NGEF/Jayoti conforming to latest relevent BIS code. The pump should be fitted with free flow impellers of bronze /suitable alloy as per BIS 5659 or latest with up to date ammendments suitable for raw/clear water having characterstics as mentioned in items (A) greased packed bearings & shell with wound stator on motor side & with shaft protection sleeve on pump side ensuring better life for shaft conforming to BIS specifications. The pump shall be directly coupled to a submersible squirrel cage electric induction motor of Kirloskar/NGEF/Jyoti / Crompton make conforming to relevent BIS code with up to date ammendments totally dust & water proof for submersible duty isolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechanical seal in oil chamber chamber & grease packed lubricated bearings & provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to withstand non vertical loads with minimum wear & tear. AUTOMATION OF ENTIRE SYSTEM (as per Data Sheet No. 6 of Vol-III & Technical Specification Vol-II)
The tenderer/firm shall provide proposal for automation of entire scheme upto junction points of all storage tanks and shall be automated in such a way that these are automattically operated at pre fixed hours/ time or any other logic decided by the department and operated from main SCADA centre at Main Pump house. The entire automation is to be carried out as per the technical data sheets for Electrical, Instrumentation and automation works Volume III in accordance with the technical specifications for automation attached in Volume II. Electromagnetic flow meters of approved makes shall be provided at each storage reservoir outlets and its output in the shape of total quantum of water delivered in a hour day and month shall be generated at main control station. GSM based devices shall be installed at each tank location, which shall send massages through SCADA station at remote access location at main pump house . This data transmission system at each tank consists of field instruments for providing digital and analog signals to data transfer module. This module will have a communication to web data transfer system modle communication. The PLC station will have control station with programmable graphic process, mimics, real time and historical trending face plate and group display, alarm management and report with Laser Jet printers and required furniture. At each tank locations controlling devices shall be installed with water meter sensors, flow transmitters, level transmitters in each tank. Installation of hardware along with commissioning/ programming as per user requirement shall be done. The detailed automation proposal shall be got approved by the firm from PMU . Firm has to incorporate all the inputs and outputs suggested by the department in the SCADA. To automised the entire scheme up to junction points of all storage tanks (Decision for finalisation of proposal lies with the department without assigning any reason)as per relevent data sheet and scope of work.(Refer Vol-II-Technical specifications, Vol-III, Data Sheet No.6)

O & M includes the regular i.e., daily supply of designed/required quantity of potable water having water quality as per of water supply standard/protocol to the beneficiaries of the scheme up to main storage/delivery tank, from source to WTP, Main sector storage tanks at different locations as per plan and repair and maintenance of main lines. Gravity Lines, and entire distribution system alongwith maintenance of automised system of scheme. Regular maintenance of all the facilities including cleaning, washing, oil and greasing repair, replacement of worn out/damaged part of pumping machinery. pipe line, valves and electrical, Mechanical requirements, regular cleaning of all structures like storage tanks, sumpwells, intakes, channels, collection/distribution channels/pump house etc. and the disposal of the same as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. It includes fixing /repairing/leakage in structure, channel, pipe line, pumping machinery etc. & proper distribution of treated water and regular testing of water samples and required stages of treatment. Keeping regular and proper record of water quantity and quality, repair and maintenance work, chemical dosing and time and hours of run of pumping machinery, removal of all akind of slips, slush, uprooting of unwanted grass, shrubs, weeds etc growing near the structure and keeping the area neat and clean to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Planting and maintaining plants of the flowers/trees around the Pump Houses/ WTP/Storage tanks/Sump wells etc. to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. It includes the cost of procurement of adequate and proper tools and plants, skilled & unskilled manpower, spare-parts, oil, grease, lubricants, chemicals and all kinds of regents required for water sample testing, refilling of gaseous cylinders including mechanical and head load carriage etc. and making standby arrangement all times, instruments, equipments, stationery and any other material etc. required for O& M excluding the cost of energy charges. All the operations shall be carried out as per the CPHEEO Manual of the water supply and treatment( with latest addition(, HPPWD/HP IPH specifications, HP IPH Department norms and directions issued by the Engineer-in-Charge from time to time and sound Engineering practices.
