Improvement of Sakhigopal-Algum road from 0/000 km to 10/039 km in the district of Puri under state plan for the year 2025-26

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per section 200, clause 201 of the MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including all cost i.e cost of all materials, all labour, all T&P etc complete and as per direction of the Engineer- in- charge.

Earth work in excavation for road works toe wall and CD works with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 Cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers as per drawing and techinical specification including setting out dressing of section to correct line level grade & camber and loading into tippers transporting to embankment site within all lifts and lead upto 1000 mtr and utilising the surplus earth locally for road work whenevre required, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required complete Including all cost i.e cost of all materials, all labour, all T&P, royalty etc complete in all respect as per section 300 & all relevant sections/ clauses of Specification for road & bridge work of MoRT &H (5th Revision) & direction of Engineer in charge

Loosening, leveling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density for embankment construction & Clause 305, section-900 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision)

Construction of Granular sub-base by providing Grading-VI material as per table 400-2, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision)

Providing Wet Mix Macadam using crushed stone aggregates as per approved drawing and technical specification as per clause 406, section 900 and all relevant sections/ clauses of the MoRT&H Speification for road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including all cost i.e cost of all matericals,all labour, all T&P, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer- in- charge.

Providing & applying tack coat with rapid setting (RS-1) Bitumen Emulsion on prepared surface including cleaning of road surface and spraying tack coat @ 0.20 K.g / Sqm using mechanical means as per Cluse No. 501, 503 and Section 900 and all relevant sections/ clauses of the Mort&h specification for road and bridgeworks of Ministry of Road Transfport& Highway (5th Revision) & Including all cost i.e cost of all materials, all labour, all T&P, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer- in- charge.

Providing and laying 25 mm thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in Table 500-29, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cooking the surface,including providing anti-skid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of 13.2 mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and an approximate spacing of 10 cm center to center in both directio, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces is not less than 100° C ,protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface including cost, conveyance, royality of all materials & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per Clause 516 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying compacted Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete (Grading-II) with Batch type Hot Mix Plant using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 (VG-30) penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibtratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501 & 508 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing of 80mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-40 grade of approved make, design, colour and size made by Block making machine with proper compaction laid in required pattern etc. complete in all respect conforming to IRC SP - 63:2018. including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) Kilometer stone as per I.R.C. design including finished smooth Including all cost i.e cost of all materials, all labour, all T&P, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer- in- charge. 5th Kilometre stone
