PART - A (SUPPLY)

Supply of 160 KVA Diesel Generating Set with required accessories as per the detailed specfication in Annexure-A & Annexure-B along with exhaust gas piping with necessary fittings and accessories as required (Engine Make: Cummins / Equivalent and Alternator Make: Stamford (CGT) or Equivalent)

Supply of AMF Panel (Automatic Main Faliure) for auto start/stop with required accessories suiting to the above DG Set mentioned in tender document

Cable 1100V Grade Multistrand Armoured cable as per IS:7098 (Part- 1)/ 1988 along with Cable Gland Double compression type and Cable Lug (Aluminium) as per site requirement - 3.5C X 185 Sq mm AL.XLPE CABLE

Cable 1100V Grade Multistrand Armoured cable as per IS:7098 (Part- 1)/ 1988 along with Cable Gland Double compression type and Cable Lug (Copper) as per site requirement - 2C X 2.5 Sq mm CU.XLPE CABLE

Cable 1100V Grade Multistrand Armoured cable as per IS:7098 (Part- 1)/ 1988 along with Cable Gland Double compression type and Cable Lug (Copper) as per site requirement - 12C X 1.5 Sq mm CU.XLPE CABLE

Supply of suitable Mains & DG Supply Changeover Panel along with Auto Changeover Switch in sheet steel encloser (Make of Changeover Switch: L&T / SIEMENS / Equivalent)

Earthing Material - 18" X 18" X 5 mm thick Copper Plate of electrolytic Grade as per IS 3043

Earthing Material - 3" Dia 4 mtr GI pipe with fuunnel & wire mesh & clamp for earth pit as per IS 3043

Earthing Material - 50x6 mm G.I Earth Flat

Cable protection pipe - 3" Dia 3 Mtr. GI pipe for protection of cables (Make: Tata / Equivalent)

Supply of Mechanical A/B/C Type Fire Extinguisher (9 Ltr) cylinder as per IS 10204:2001.

PART - B (INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING)

Erection, Testing & Commissioning of Outdoor, Silent Type 160 KVA Diesel Generating Set as per technical specification of OEM or manufacturer of DG Set along with AMF and exhaust gas piping with necessary fittings and accessories as required including arrangement of load testing (Diesel required for load testing will be supplied by IOCL)

Civil Work for RCC foundation (required excavation as per site requirement, PCC M10 of thickness 100 mm, RCC M25 of thickness 400 mm, reinforcement 70 Kg/Cum of RCC), deck (including supply of materials, labour tools and tackles) and structural shed made of MS tubular sections (size 3inch X 3inch) & colour-coated metal sheet (0.50 mm thickness) including necessary fasteners and synthetic enamel painting all complete as per approved drawing and design in accordance with relevant Indian Code. Area of RCC foundation / PCC and height of the shed should be considered suitable to the dimension of the DG Set. (However the proper design of the shed is in the scope of the Contractor considering the above specification)

Preparation, Approval of necessary drawings / layout plans & liaison for obtaining statutory permissions, through "A" or "B" class electrical competency holder as applicable, from concerned authorities (applicable statutory fees shall be payable by IOCL) and Installation & Commissioning of items mentioned at sl. no. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 & 10 of Part-A (Supply) along with laying of cables by making suitable trenches/through piping at road crossing/ critical areas for underground/overhead cable laying and cable connections with necessary glands and lugs and end connections to synchronise the DG supply with MCC panel and making of earth pits complete in all respects like earthing plate, GI pipe, GI Strip, charcoal & salt etc including earth pit resistance testing & certification and lying & connections of earth flat/GI wire etc.
