Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including pulling back existing LT Power Cable of size upto 3.5x 240 sqmm (2 Run), getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge for all kinds of soil

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground in the same trench in one tier horizontal formation including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. Mm

Horizontal Installation of pipe 150 mm GI pipe as per BS1387 below the road at a depth of minimum 450 mm as per soil condition for crossing the cable and back filling of excavated area with cement concrete of Grade 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) complete with leveling, finishing etc. and also laying of 3.5 C X240 sq mm Aluminum Armoured cable through this laid pipe ,as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Cement: Ultratek, Birla, ACC, Ambuja or equivalent GI Pipe Make :-Shyam steel/SRMB/Jai Balaji/ Electro steel or equivalent

Removing & stacking of existing paver blocks of foothparh 60 - 80 mm thick including sand bedding and stacking in owner premises within 200 meter lead

Restoration of existing Paver Block Footpath/Passage etc. with re-use of existing paver block and 15% of similar new 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. supply of all materials and labour complete but excluding removal of rubbish/earth etc. and as per the direction of Engineer In-charge.

Supply, installation testing and commissioning of Outdoor Double Door Kiosk type weather proof distribution feeder pillar box of sutable size with a tapered at top (for protection from rain water) and made out of not less than 2.0 mm thick for load bearing members & 1.6 mm thick for doors, compartmentalized,IP 65, epoxy powder coated treated in 7 tank process finish with following items, front and back both side openable, duly hinged doors with locking arrangement by providing both sides hold drafts and all hardware for fabrication of box. The cubical panel should be mounted with hardware on angle iron frame long legs duly primered and black painted. Frame be grouted with cement concrete 1:3:6 ratio and providing brick masonry along angle iron frame above ground level complete with connecting strips, Bakelite sheet, earth stud etc. cable entry from bottom suitable for 3.5Cx 240/150/70 Sq.mm I/c & O/g respectively as per requirement. The panel should comprise of as per following (Panel shall be fabricated in CPRI approved panel builder with approval of the Dept. Drawing of the feeder pillar shall be submitted for approval prior to fabrication) Make: As per approval of Engineer-in-charge of IISER-K INCOMER 400 A, 4P, 36 KA TM Release MCCB with rotary handle - 1 No. (Make: Havells, ABB, Siemens, L&T) 400 A, TPN Aluminum bus bar. Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on,bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron,60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required
