Attending complaint /Repair/rectification of leakages to under ground water supply distribution lines 40mm to 50 mm dia HDPE/PVC/PPR/ GI tubing with provision of necessary excavation, returning and filling in as required, tightening of loose joints of union, elbow, sockets etc, threading if required including replacement of HDPE/PVC/PPR/GI unions/sockets/nipples as required at site complete all as specified and directed. Note :Spares/GI fittings required to be replaced and shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

All same as per item No 1.00 above but for tubing 80 mm dia

Attending routine complaints of over ground /on wall/on roof external water supply line including rectification of minor defects by taking down of existing HDPE/PVC/GI tubing up to 20mm/25 mm dia, cutting/threading and making joints and cleaning for any blockages, opening of float valve of service tanks, cleaning and fixing the same in its position, replacement of gate valve/float valve packing sheet of gate valve and including replacement of HDPE/PVC/ GI nions/sockets/nipples etc as required at site complete all as specified and directed. Note :Spares HDPE/PVC/GI fittings required to be replaced and shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

M & L for Detection of leakage in main water line and attending break down of water supply pipe line and repair to CI /DI/HDPE water mains of size 80 mm to 100 mm dia at a given notice including necessary excavation in mud, in any type of soil by manual or using special T &P such as JCB etc. De-watering from the trenches by using pump sets, rectification of leakages, fixing of CI/DI/HDPE specials such as collars bends/tail peaces etc and making joints complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-(i) Repair rectified by cocking of CI pipe are deemed to be incuded with unit rate of job. (ii) CI specials, lead Joints, D-Joints, Clamp joints, mechanical joint etc shall be measured and paid under respective items of sch 'A'.

All as per item No 4 above but for CI/DI water mains of size150 mm borencomplete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 4 above but for CI water mains of size 200 mm bore complete all as specified and directed. Notes for Sl item No 1 to 6:- (a) The contractor will be alloted complaints at MES complaint cell on daily basis on all working days and sufficient tradesman / resources will be deployed by him/her for completion of day to day comaplaints within 12 hours from the time of reporting. In case any delay beyond above mentioned time limit without intimation of sufficient cause, penalties will be recovered twice of the quoted rate for each un-attended complaint. (b) A detailed log of complaints with completion/non-completion remarks from users/MES will be maintained by the contractor and the same will be updated on daily basis in consulatation with JE E&M/Engr-in-Charge. (c) The contractor will make suitable arrangment for emergency complaints and will notify authorised representive/Engr-in-Charge about extraordinary circumstances for probable non-completion or delay in rectification of complaints beyond stated time limit set for disposal of complaint. In case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer will be final and binding in this regard.

(d) The contractor will intimate MES authority well in advance if electric shutdown is required during rectification of complaints. (e) The quoted rated is deemed to be inclusive of transportation and other expenses required for the resource deployment at the complaint site around scattered Airforce station at Makarpura. (f) The contractor will maintain location wise record of each spare/fittings utilized as per inventory format given by AGE E/M and the same shall be submitted to E/M store yard on daily basis. (g) The stationery required for the job work such as complaints registers, job card and T&P shall be arranged and maintained by the contractor. (h) The cost of excavation / earth work and repairs to damaged roads, LT UG/HT cables, existing structure etc shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate and no extra payment shall be allowed on this account. (j) Spares/GI fittings required to be replaced and shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Hiring of JCB beyond 4 hours for rectification of leakage required against item no 4 to 6 of BOQ. Note- Quoted rate deemed to be included for provision of operator of JCB and fuel required.

M &L for Cleaning and de-silting of RCC under ground sump of of capacity 100000 Galon with using Chemicals such as bleaching powder etc after de-watering and cleaning scrapping, with steel brushes/hessian cloth, of the sump walls from inside and including floor of the sump complete and repair to vent pipes including providing wire mesh and clamps complete, providing two coats of white wash internally and writing Cleaning date and next due date with black enamel paint on white bacground complete all as specified and directed. Note: If work is not done upto satisfaction level of concerned JE/AGE (E/M) , the work shall be redone upto the required level without any extra cost. Necessary tools and safety measures shall be arranged by contractor and cost of the same deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M & L for cleaning and de-silting of Overhead tank of following capacity by scrubbing and cleaning inside walls,pillars and floors with bleaching powder and clean water including taking out dirt, mud from storage tank including stacking at site and removal from out side MD land including repair to vent pipes including providing wire mesh to cover all air gap holes and clamps complete including providing two coats of white wash internally,and writing Cleaning date and next due date with black enamel paint on white bacground complete all as specified and directed. Note: If work is not done upto satisfaction level of concerned JE/AGE (E/M) , the work will be redone upto the mark without any extra cost. Necessary tools and safety measures shall be arranged by contractor and cost of the same deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M & L for cleaning of static water tank(SWT) with all T&P and man power required to pump out the existing water and removing the sludge and grit from 6f ft deep water collector and dispose off it at a distance of 50Mtr away from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Gland packing of size 6 mm thick for sluice valve and pumps complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for dismantling of defective sluice valve for repairs such as repacking stuffing box of sluice valve spindle, refacing, grinding, stuffing and threading of spindle, replacement of worn out check nut, repairs to gate assembly replacement of jointing materials such as rubber sheets, nuts, bolts & washers, gland rope and refixing in its original position, testing on completion etc complete all as specified and directed of following sizes:-

Labour only for Disconnecting the existing non functional submersible pump set from electric supply from panel, dismantling existing CI bend from non return valve, removing and lifting out submersible pump set of any description and capacity & in any position, along with existing column pipe 100mm dia and existing submersible cable of any size from the bore well (approximately 450 feet in depth of pump set from GL) and staking the pump and column pipes near by the bore well for inspection complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - ( i ). Contractor shall take proper precautions while lifting out and removing pump set from bore well so as to avoid any damage to column pipe and submersible cable. All necessary T&P and equipments required for lifting out pump set etc. shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

(ii). Number of column pipe may vary from 30 to 50. The existing pipes & flanged joints shall be checked for its serviceability & unserviceable joints along with flanges shall be removed from the column pipe by cutting the pipes & making new thread in pipes for fixing of new flange joint, the cost of same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate for above item. However cleaning of pipes if any required shall be measured & paid separately.

Labour only for Lowering down of the submersible pump set of any description and any capacity & in any position, in bore well along with column pipe 100 mm dia and submersible cable of any size (approximately 450 feet in depth of pump set from GL) complete all as specified and directed including making necessary electric connections & testing the pump set after lowering complete all as specified and directed.

Collection of water samples from pump house makarpura and submitting in Chief Water Analyst's Laboratory, Department of Public Health and Preventive Medicine or any other goverment authorised organization and to analysis of the following properities (i) Physical examination (ii) Chemical examination (iii)Bacteriological examination (iv) Qualitative tests and collection of the reports from respective Deptt and submit the same to AGE E/M complete all as specified and directed Note : The rate is inclusive of testing charges of Deptt and sample collection in plastic water canes complete

M&L for repairing and servicing of leakages at flanges at various joints such as near pressure guage, motor, pipes and at various location inside Pump House premises by means of opening from joint and replacing flanges and PVC pipes of required size and length complete with teflon tape, gasket and other accessories complete clearing of leakage all as specified and directed .(Note: Complete clearing of leakage at various locations of Pump House will be considered under one job)Note: Any spares other then flanges or teflon tape/ packings/gaskets etc will be measured and paid under respective item.

S&F chemical feed dozer motor operated suitable for mixing hypochloride of capacity 100 ltr tank with stroke adjustment of 0 to 6 LPH complete with fittings and piping complete all as specified and directed.

Laour only for dismantling/taking down of complete summersible pump assembly after disconnecting existing water supply pipe line and electric connection from 30 HP motor all as per the direction of engineer in charge complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and dressing surface of Surrounding area near about 900 sqm of Pump House, borewell of makarpura and malhar camp and cutting and removing of jungles, vegitation of creepers, small growth trees, trimming of small tree branches around/inside of arear with help of suiable cutting tools complete all as specified and directed

Note for all items :- If any item gets repeated in this schedule, the lowest rate quoted for those same items by the L-1 bidder shall be considered for payment and decision of Accepting Officer i.e. GE(AF) Baroda in this regard shall be final and binding.
