Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper on newly plastered walls including a one coat of 1mm thick wall care putty over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth and priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls, and preparation of old plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper including a one coat of 1mm thick wall care putty over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth and over priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on concrete surface/stone patti surface as in ceiling and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceilings and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in two layer, 5mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on stone masonry/concrete surfaces/roof projections/chajjas upto the height 7 Mtr complete all as specified. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for prepration of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade: New work (two or more coat applied @ 1.67ltr/10sqm over and including primimg coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm complete all as specified.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of old plastered/pointed surfaceof walls and applying two coats of acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade: New work (two or more coat applied @ 1.67ltr/10sqm over and including primimg coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm complete all as specified and directed.
