Dismantling of cross arms of MS fabricated complete with all accessories viz nut, bolts, washer etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully old unserviceable/serviceable insulator any type from existing LT over head lines complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully security light fitting of any make/capacity from existing LT poles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stay assembly along with all accessories from existing LT poles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing LT PCC/RCC Poles complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr width and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying of UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 3 mtr deep for excavation of poles and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning , filling in incl spreading, leveling , watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed as a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning using dry and clean tibba sand in two layers, first layers of 80 mm thick before laying of cable and second layer of 150 mm thick after laying of cable in trenches/ducts including consolidation of each layers complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned thickness only will be measured and paid.

Supply and laying well burnt/fire Bricks of size 230 x113 x 75 mm locally available best quality (sub class "B" bricks) laid in trenches perpandicular to U/G cable for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, errecting and fixing steel tubular swaged poles with cast iron base plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws for type 410 SP-31 (9 metres long) including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of redoxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to embedded portion in PCC and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" (inch) wide complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Excavation, earth work, PCC in foundation and coping shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule)

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm stone aggregate as in foundation and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm stone aggregate as in foundation mass concrete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm stone aggregate in coping to pole including form work all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay XLPE Insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of size 95 Sqmm x 3.5 Core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, lay, commissioning and testing of cable jointing Kit for 1100 V grade cable for straight through joint with jointing material and accessories suitable for aluminium conductor cable of size upto 50 Sqmm x 3.5 Core complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pole mounted shockproof and rustproof Junction Box rectangular shape, 4 way of size 240X130X110 mm indoor/outdoor type and fixing with one MCB SP 10 Amps, 'C' curve, 10 kA including fixing with two nos flat iron clamps of suitable size with necessary mild steel nuts & bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only of serviceable LED street light fitting of any make/capacity complete all as specified and directed.
