Notes: 1. Before quoting, the bidder shall visit the site and make himself familiar with the site, nature, conditions and quantum / scope of work involved. Site inspection and uploading of report is mandatory. Bidder shall upload the site inspection report duly signed by departmental representative and bidder. Without the site inspection report, the bid will be summarily rejected. 2. The rates quoted shall include cost of all materials, labour, ladders, transportation, hoisting, tools, tackles & installation including all taxes (except EPF &ESI) and other charges if any. No extra payment over and above the rate quoted shall be made to the contractor in this respect. 3. The workers employed for the work shall strictly follow all safety measures as stated in safety code of this tender and also as per DAE safety code. 4.The Contractor shall adhere to the provisions of applicable labour laws such as Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970, Minimum Wages Act, 1948, Employees State Insurance Act, Equal Remuneration Act, 1970 and rules made there under. 5.Contractor has to pay minimum wages, EPF & ESI to the manpower deployed for the work as per state/ central government orders issued from time to time. The actual amount paid towards EPF & ESI shall be reimbursed to him by the Department after satisfying that it has been actually and genuinely paid by the contractor. The bidder should not consider EPF & ESIC in his rates.
Dismantling of the existing fittings of street lights installed on poles (6.5m height) complete. The scope of work includes disconnection of existing wiring, removal of wire from connector to light fitting, removal of connectors from terminal box by disconnecting i/c & o/c cables, clearing the site and shifting & stacking of all the removed items as required including cost of ladders/ scaffolding etc as per the instructions and directions of E-I-C.
Supply, installation and testing of 90W LED street light fitting with suitable LED driver,110 lumen/ watt, IP 66, 6000K (+-500) colour temparature, 4KV inbuilt surge protection complete with all accessories on the existing 6.5meter high street light pole including Supplying and fixing of 30A 4 way connectors of superior quality and 1No 6A, 10KA 'C' series SP MCB (ISI marked) mounted on DIN channel, wiring the light from connector with 3X1.5Sq.mm copper wire complete with connections at connector & light fittings, earthing etc. as per the instruction and direction of E-I-C. The light fitting shall be got approved by the Department prior to installation. Minimum warranty for the LED street light shall be of 3 Years.
