Dismantling of existing Book Counter and carting away the debris/reusable materials within the college premise.

Providing and making the Book Issue and Return Counter, counter upto 1050mm height with commercial grade plywood of 12mm & 19mm thick as per application, finished on all exposed surfaces with 1mm laminate. The transaction window above counter of 900mm height to be made in 6mm clear toughened glass. Top panel of 1200mm height above transaction window to be made with 18mm MDF board in CNC cut design fixed on plywood framework duly finished in laminate. MDF to be finished in enamel paint.

Providing and fixing of Acoustic False Ceiling with 595 x 595mm mineral fibre tile, 15mm thick on 15mm suprafine metal grid in white powder coated finish. (Reading Hall)

Providing and laying of Vinyl Flooring with 1.5mm PVC plank in wooden finish with adhesive on existing floor. (Reading Hall & Staircase)

Providing Electrical primary and secondary point wiring for light fittings as mentioned in Sr. No. 6 & 7, including materials such as 1.5mm wires, PVC conduits(19/25mm) and PVC accessories.

Providing and applying Emulsion Paint, 2 coats over 1 coat water-based primer after surface preparation by scrapping and applying putty punning wherever required for achieving smooth surface. (Reading Hall & Book Stack)

Renovation of book rack by fixing 12mm thick commercial grade plywood on both ends of the rack. Outer surfaces of the plywood to be finished with 1mm laminate and inner surfaces with 0.8mm balancer laminate. Book tags (2 nos.) to be fixed on both the outer surfaces of laminated panels.

Re-conditioning of Reading Tables for students including provision for electrical points- 1 x 6 module board (2 x 6 Amp sockets & 2 switches) on a plywood screen made with 19mm thick commercial grade plywood 300mm high above table top in between two tables joined and constructed into one table. Screen to be finished with 1mm laminate on both sides. Joining of tables to be done with plywood structure.

Providing and fixing Aluminium partition with aluminium framework of section 40 x 40mm and 8mm prelaminated particle board tiles, to be fixed over existing aluminium partition and terminated upto true ceiling, including all accessories.

Supply of 2 Seater Sofa in fabric upholstery on medium density foam.

Supply of Center Table with clear glass top.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick commercial grade plywood on ply framework using 19mm thick plywood and ply surface finished with 1mm laminate as paneling including required accessories on existing MS net structure inside the library.

Upgradation of existing Baggage Rack by pasting 1mm laminate on all exposed surfaces including necessary modifications with 6mm thick plywood and hardwares as required.

Upgradation of existing cabin Door by pasting 1mm laminate on 6mm thick plywood on both sides of the door including necessary modifications of the door frame, fixing new handles, lock and accessories as required. Item includes door Architrave with 6mm thick plywood finished with 1mm laminate on outer side.

Removal of existing Basin and carting away the same within the college premise.

Plastering in C.M 1:5-12 mm thick with including cost and conveyance of all materials and including all labour charges etc complete
