SPECIAL REPAIR OF HARDSTANDING TO CRASH BAY UNDER ARMY AVN ASSETS OF 23 (I) R AND O FLT AT CLEMENT TOWN, DEHRADUN

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in Ground floors and paving n.exe 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and including removing unserviceable material,outside of A 1 defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material ( surplus soil) to a distance not exceeding 5KM and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for pavement quality concrete (PQC) as per design mix having minimum 28 days field flexural strength of 40kg/ sqcm or 4.0Mpa, aggregate gradation as per table 3 of IRC 15-2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong, dense, non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or gravel, fine aggregate of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum cement content of 400 kg/cum of PQC with non-circular, virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting tenperature as 240 degree celcious and minium tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer,thickness of concrete 20 cm or less PQC laid, spread and compacted with slip-form paver of minimum 7.50m width, including making of grooves in panel 5mx5m ,filling with grade A compound in joints ,curing and tining by texturing cum curing machine complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The design mix shall be got done from approved lab and got approved from GE/AGE (I) before commencement of work. (ii) In the event of variation in the design mix in the minimum cement content will be adjusted through supply only rate at market rate or procurment rate whichever is more for cement. However no plus adjustment shall be applicable, if excess quantity of cement content is used/ approved in the execution of work under this items. (iii) Required surface texturing to be done as specified in clause 10.1.14 and table 9 of IRC: 15-2017.

M&L Hard core, broken stone to gauge n exc 63 complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry/stone slabs built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, jambs etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ (old size) bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster, in any thickness from brick or stone walls,/facia of roof Chajjas,roof projection,ceiling etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing unserviceable material,outside of A 1 defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for two coats of cement based paint over a coat of cement wash to newly plastered surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
