Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of e-Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.

The firm must be registered in India with appropriate tax and other administrative authorities.

Financial Bid: The financial bid shall not be part of technical bid, if any bidder Quotes/ upload the price at technical Bid, the bidder will be liable for rejection and uploading of price breakup in financial bid is disabled as per Government orders vide FD/165/EXP12/2017 dated: 21/03/2017 and FD/539/EXP-12/2017 dated: 02/06/2017. The Bidder should quote as lumpsum as per Kppp portal (for 360 days contract). The total cost of all the tender to be Quoted on Lumpsum basis.

As the Government of India has implemented Goods and Service Tax (GST) from 1st July 2017, Hence Bidders are required to quote accordingly in lieu of Taxes, Duties etc

Bidder shall give undertaking that they have accepted our terms regarding Delivery/Completion, Validity & Payment as per format enclosed.

The document submitted by bidder in kpp portal shall not be in corrupted/damaged/protected format.

The payment and validity period in technical bid B & D should be same.

Bidders shall upload all the Documents in PDF format only.

Other terms and conditions are as per NIT clause and any pre-counter terms and conditions will not be accepted.

If price bid is submitted in technical bid, then EMD will be FORFEITED and your offer will be REJECTED.

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

Experience in providing Manpower services i. e labor supply for at least two Government Dept./ PSU / Private Companies during the last three years FY 2022-23,2023-24 and 2024-25 period with minimum 50 persons in one work order. Relevant documents to be enclosed.

Financial Status

The bidders should have in the Five years period i.e FY 2020-21, 2021-22 , 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 achieved in at least two Financial years, the turnover per annum not less RS. 2.98 Crore. The turnover certificate issued by the Chartered Accountant shall be enclosed.

Audited CA Certificate of Annual Turnover

Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss account statement to support annual turnover in the Five years period i.e. FY 2020-21, 2021-22 , 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25.
