M&L for repairing of chajja / roof projection /roof spout by taking down old plaster and applying 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 and finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement and complete surface finish with two coats of exterior emulsion etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster in cement or cement lime mortar on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, including removal of debries to out side MS land complete all specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on brick work / concrete surfaces/ PCC block/stone masonry wall surface, ifinished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in two layers 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over 10mm thick in cement mortal 1:6 on brick work / concrete surfaces / PCC block / stone masonry wall surface, including mixing liquid water proofing compound in second layer only as per manufacturers instructions, finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC will be measured & paid separately

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on on ceiling, ifinished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls & applying two coat of Distemper oil emulsion over a coat of chalk whitening compatible primer complete all specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement Base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all specified and directed.

M&L in repairs for granules textured homogeneous wall finishing system consisting of a two component system of dry granules (25 Kgs per pack) made of 92% silica particles coated with fade resistant pigments, 100% acrylic polymer bonding agent (5 Kgs per pack) with the applied thickness of the coating being between 0.8 mm - 1.2 mm to be applied on cured, smooth level plaster without key, as per manufacturer directions, for usages to be applied and approved applicator of the manufacturer as per the directions / supervision of the Engineer-In-Charge,etc all complete. The above textured coating should conform to surface spread of flame class one of BS 476 : Part 7 : 1971 and pull off strength of the coating to meet JISA 6909 on smooth plastered surface complete all as specified and as manufacturers specifications / instructions. Make : Bakelite Hylam Limited or equivalent make approved by the GE.

Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling or stone slab laid, bedded & pointed in any mortar including demolition of cement mortar bedding or backing coat, including removal of debries to outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in levelling course complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non - skid joint free coloured Ceramic tiles (1st quality) not less than 7 mm thick of size exc 0.06 sqm but n exc 0.11 sqm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tiles over & including 15mm screed bed or bedding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non - skid joint free coloured Ceramic tiles (1st quality) not less than 7mm thick tiles of size exc 0.11 sqm but n exc 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tiles over & including 15mm screed bed or bedding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick backing coat of mortar in CM 1:4 for laying wall tiles finishes complete all specified and directed.

M&L for re-writing letter or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n. exc 30 cm height painted with thick paint so that they stand out boldly without showing brush marks, finishing coat till desired satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.
