Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam, clay or sand) including lift up to 1.5M and lead up to 60M. and including filling, watering and ramming of the excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of the foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the E/I upto a distance of 60M. from the foundation trenches.(SI NO 251)

Providing and Laying cement concrete 1:6:12 graded Brick ballast (including supply of all materials, labour T & P rtc required for proper completion of the work and curing completion of the work and curing complete also including cost of fromwork in foundation & floors.

M-150 class brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. . (SI NO 303)

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm. (3/4") gauge approved stone grit in the proportion 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 aggregate) in raft excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWG binding wire and necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. Strength of the concrete shall not be less than M-150 as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(S.I,.No.287)

Filling of carted earth in trenches, plinth and sides of foundation etc. in lavers not exceeding 20cm. in depth consolidating each deposited layer by ramming & watering and dressing and including cartage of earth upto 5.00km and all taxes required for proper completion of the work. . (AOR)

40 mm thick cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate of size 12.5 mm and below) laid over base concrete and finished with floating coat of neat cement with 08 cm thick base concrete 1;6:12 including fixing of glass strips.
