Providing & fixing precast cement concrete in ratio 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement:1.5 sand : graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) in slabs, curbs, Posts etc. s per approved pattern and setting in position with cement mortar in 1:3 (1 cement:3 sand) including cost of required centering & shuttering all complete as per the direction of MIC. Painting to all types of steel work on bridges/girders with one or more coats of ready mixed Aluminium Paint (IS 2339)of approved brand and manufacturer inclusive of necessary scaffolding, scrapping, cleaning, taking all safety precautions etc with all labour, supervision, materials,T&P etc. complete asper the specification and direction of Manager -in-charge. Cleaning of deposited earth,debris, foreign material from 1200mm dia (Single/Double row) hume pipe siphons including dewatering, making access etc with all labour, material, dewatering pump, fuel, tools & tackles complete and disposing the debris within a lead of 2KM as directed by MIC. (CPP)

Collection of ballast from stacks withen a lead of maximum 10Km including handling, lifting & transporting the same from the designated area, spreading in to track and packing inclusive of all labour, supervision and Tools & Plant in Railway tracks inclusing levelling all complete as per specifications and directions of MIC ( ballast shall be supplied in stacks by Nalco on free issue basis. Joint measurement shall be carried out before lifting ballast from stacks). (CPP)
