Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts nd lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specifications Clause 202 for Rural Roads of MORD. Furnishing and Placing Reinforced / Pre-stressed Cement concrete in Super-structure with coarse aggregates of appropriate nominal size and grading, fine aggregate (sand) conforming to proper grading zone, both of approved quality and cement and admixtures, as necessary, including labour, cost and carriage of all materials and including preparation ofdesign mix, approval of the same. by the Engineer-in-Charge and cost for quality control, sampling, testing etc. all complete as per drawing and technical specification including the cost of necessary form work and staging complete. as per drawing and technical specifications. 2 Construction Wing will also add 5% for Overhead charges & 10% Contractor’s Profit separately over the cost of materials of Sl. 1 aboveNote: 1 Construction Wing will add the cost & carriage of 0.9 cum/m³ coarse aggregates, cement and cost of sand (vide Table II-1 of Page 14, excl. 10% Contractor’s Profit) as per requirement vide Table 3.2-1 only to arrive at consolidated. Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in Bridge Super-structure including initial straightening, straightening of coils bars, removal of loose rust (if any), cutting to requisite length bending, binding with annealed wire not less than 1 mm in size and conforming to IS 280 at every intersection hooked and bent to correct shape and placed on forms etc. including cost of black annealed wire and cost of loading, unloading, carriage of all steel materials complete as per drawing and technical specifications. Note: The rate provided is exclusive of cost of steel materials. Construction wing should add cost & carriage of 1.05 MT (considering 5% wastage) of steel materials to arrive at the final consolidated item rate.

Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed.

Labour for Chipping of concrete surface before taking up Plastering work.

Making one set of scaffolding only for replacing glass panels, painting, uprooting plant and another repairing works of building and S&P works for external works only with 10 cm. dia bamboo as main posts at the rate of 1 metre centre to centre and 7.5 cm. dia bamboo ties @ 0.75 metre apart fitting and fixing with necessary coir, nails etc. as per direction of the Engineer-incharge. (This item should be executed only after prior approval of the Engineer-incharge). Firstly, one number to be paid and then labour rate for shifting up to further nineteenth (19) times @ 10% each time to be considered. If necessary further after twenty times of total use, another one number new and labour rate for shifting to be considered accordingly.

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface]. ((a) Priming one coat on timber or plastered surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc

(A) Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary : (a) On timber or plastered surface : With super gloss (hi-gloss) - (iv) Two coats (with any shade except white)

Providing and erecting direction and placeidentification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on a mild steel single angle iron post 75 x 75 x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 x 45 x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing and Clause 801 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision)..
