Excavation in foundations trenches etc. ( for pipes and pits ) upto all depths in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting and chiselling soft/hard rocks where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts including trimming and dressing of sides levelling of bed to correct excavation and returning the stacked soil after laying jointing and testing of G.I.Pipes in trenches in 15 cm. layers including consolidating each deposited layer by reamming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads and lifts and soring strutting/timbering and dewatering where ever required including restoration of un-metalled/metalled paved surface of its original conditions including cost of diversion for traffic night signals fixing caution boards and fencing etc.complete in all respects.

Providing and laying cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand) : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement 1:5 sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm and curing complete excluding cost of form work in:reinforcement and reinforced cement concrete:-in foundation and plinth for footing.

Walls any thickness but not less than 0.1 mtr. thickness attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level in all leads and lifts

Providing & Laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (1 cement 2 sand 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:- Suspended floors roofs landings and shelves and their support. Balconies beams girders bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering , strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu- reinforcement concrete and plain concrete work in:- Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors roofs landings and the like floors etc up to 200 mm in thickness.

Vertical surface such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.Under base wall

Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing of 3.15 mm MS Sheet Manhole cover 600x600 mm fixed on all sides with ISA 35x35x5 mm bottom angle iron frame as per drawing. Pices of MS Flat 20x4 mm,0.15m long be fixed on all sides as hole fast. The operation of manufacturing shall including cutting of MS Sheet, Angle section & welding of MS Sheets, Angle section, Hings, Handles 150 mm long, 20x4mm flats, locking arrangements and apply of primary coat of steel primer after pretreatment of surface to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge..)

Providing ,Laying, jointing and testing in trenches galvanised mild steel tubes (Light Class) screwed and socketed, ISI marked, conformining to IS:1239 & latest with upto date ammendments including tube fitting such as bends,tees, air valves, unions and collars etc. as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) in all leads and lifts. 25mm dia (LC)(Inlet Pipe)

Providing, Manufacturing, Supplying & Fixing of M.S.Wheel Valve Chamber of size 450 x 450 x 450 mm made of 2.00 mm thick M.S. Sheet with MS. Angle 35 x 35 x 4 mm thick and also providing extra length of 250 mm of same angle (as tee) in the bottom of all four lags for embedding in cement concrete and top opening will provide with hinges with locking arrangement providing hole on three side of chamber for crossing of different size of pipes complete etc. and redring smooth in cement concrete 1:4:8 complete in all respect. The height of wheel valve chamber not less than 600 mm including cutting, welding, painting with red oxide paint complete in all respect and as satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.
