Fishing rights in Railway Loco tank at Malda between old Type-II Railway Colony and Sweeper Para nearby Malda Town Railway Station under AEN/MLDT of Malda Division.

The License will be awarded to the successful tenderer for a period of 05 years as per terms and conditions of the bid/tender document. However, The Railway reserves the rights to reduce the period of agreement in case necessity and the tenderer will not be entitled to claim any compensation in this regard.

Successful Tenderer will have to execute an agreement, after full payment of 1st year license fee and security deposit as mentioned i.e. 10% of the total offer value for 05 years. The cost of the stamp duty for execution of the agreement will be borne by the licensee/licensees.

Successful tenderer will have to deposit stipulated yearly license fee, security deposit within 30 days from the date of issue of the LOA failing which the Railway Administration reserves the right to withdraw the offer and cancel the tender.

The period of the license unless otherwise mentioned will be for 5 (FIVE) years only from the date of commencement of the license with annual escalation of license fee @ 10% over the previous year's license fee for every successive years during the period of contract. Therefore, the license fee for the first year will be according to your offer as accepted by the Railway Authority say "A" and the license fee for the second year will be "A" + 10% of "A" = "B" and the license fee for the third year will be "B" + 10% of "B" = "C" and so on.

Successful tenderer has to bear all statutory taxes levied on the contract, if any.

GST @ 18% over accepted value is applicable for this tender.
